The voters make up the other component to our political
spectrum and voters are having a hard time drinking the kool-aid the Statists
are serving. To voters, it seems that government has wrecked our economy by
assuming unconstitutional authority and spending twice as much as it takes in
revenue. Voters have a hard time voting
for tax increases, because most voters believe government wastes half of the
revenue we send them. Voters want the
government to live within its means and stick to its knitting.
Through bribes and threats, the government has enlisted
croney capitalists with quasi-government status, so they can get their hands on
tax money to fund their projects. They
call it “economic development”.
Banks have been quasi-governmental organizations since
the passage of the Federal Reserve Act in 1913.
The Community Reinvestment Act of 1990 and HUD regulations threatened
banks with lawsuits if they didn’t give loans to unqualified borrowers. That, together with the low interest rates
imposed by the Federal Reserve led to the housing bubble and the loss of
trillions in mortgage-based securities in 2008. Instead of fixing the system,
Dodd-Frank papered it over and made it worse.
None of these errors have been corrected.
Years ago, American Communists infiltrated U.S. government,
colleges and universities. Law schools
in particular attempted to erode and discredit the Constitution. Government
schools have turned into socialist indoctrination camps.
Unions have always been on the socialist side of our
political landscape and now they control our legislatures at the State and
Federal level.
Now Republicans in Georgia have returned to Statist Party
control. During their campaigns, they
claimed to be small government conservatives.
I see no evidence that tells me what they say can be trusted in the
future. We will judge them by their
actions going forward. If Obama is
defeated, I will expect the immediate repeal of Obama’s agenda at both the
Federal and State level.
The true Constitutional Conservatives are not running the
State of Georgia or the Federal government.
If they are registered Republicans, we call them RINOs, (Republican In
Name Only).
Constitutional Conservatives will need to enter the
political arena in greater numbers to run against these incumbents. These
candidates will need to have a passion for returning us to the Constitution (as
written). They will also need to be able
to identify core government responsibilities from private sector responsibilities. They will need to work to privatize 90% of
everything government is currently attempting to do.
