U.S. Constitution - Amendment II
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of
a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be
infringed.
The U.S. Constitution prohibits the federal government from
passing any gun laws.
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the
Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States
respectively, or to the people.
The States can pass gun laws or allow its cities and
counties to pass gun laws, but the U.S. federal government is barred from
passing any gun laws.
The Senate is debating an unconstitutional Gun Bill.
