Terrorists' Right to Privacy

Privacy for terrorists trumps public's right to know

By Boston Herald (MA) October 18, 2013 12:25 pm

Six months later, the state still doesn't have a clue how much was paid out in welfare benefits to the bloodthirsty, leeching Tsarnaev family. I'll bet it was closer to a million than $500,000.
"The state contribution" -- that would be $100,000 -- "paled in comparison to the federal benefits they got," state Rep. David Linsky (D-Natick), the chairman of the House Post Audit and Oversight Committee, was saying yesterday.

"We asked Immigration, we asked Social Security, and they refused to give us anything. We ran into all the federal privacy laws. And I can't subpoena the federal government."
It's not just the feds telling him to pound sand. His committee can't even find out if the punk Dzhokhar was getting a scholarship from UMass Dartmouth. The Legislature controls their budget, and the school still gives them the one-finger salute. Do you think they'd be stonewalling if it was a Tea Party member who'd bombed the Boston Marathon?

What a country. The federal government doesn't mind spying on your emails or phone calls, but by God, if you're a Muslim terrorist on the dole -- your privacy rights are sacrosanct.
Another Tsarnaev was in South Boston District Court this week -- sister Ailina, age 23, mother of an anchor baby, which means she can't be deported, and pregnant with another one. And how is she paying for private lawyers if she's really "indigent"? She's charged in connection with a counterfeiting case in Dorchester.

One thing about the Tsarnaevs, for a family that despised the Great Satan so much, they sure did assimilate quickly.
The dead brother, Tamerlan "Speedbump" Tsarnaev, the one the Globe described as a "stay-at-home dad" -- at age 26 he'd killed at least four Americans.

His wife -- she had a shoplifting charge on her rap sheet down in Rhode Island. Mama Terrorist -- a default warrant on charges of shoplifting and property destruction at the Natick Mall.
The Joker, Dzhokhar -- aka Bomber Number Two -- now residing at Club Fed while awaiting trial on charges of murdering four of the taxpayers who supported him and the rest of his worthless clan in luxury since they came here from their Third World hellhole.

"Bomber Number Two -- he wasn't getting anything directly, we were able to confirm that," Linsky said. "Same with the sister who's charged with counterfeiting. But of course she was included in the family benefits."
You know, Section 8 for their apartment in chi-chi Cambridge. The EBT cards. The WIC benefits for Speedbump's child. Mass Health cards all around. A city of Cambridge scholarship for the Joker to UMass Dartmouth. And God (and the feds) only know what else -- SSI? SSDI?

"I can tell you it was all in accordance with the law," Linsky said.  Of course it was. That's why Mr. Bumble once said, "The law is a ass -- a idiot."
