Global Warming Hoax Continues

The Reason for Unnecessary Permits required by your cities and counties is part of the cookie-cutter plans in Agenda 21.

In past years, local cities and counties would require construction permits and inspections where load-bearing calculations were needed.  Now, all appliance, driveway and roof replacements require permits and inspections.   

Government wants to impose draconian “energy efficiency “codes in 2015, so what we’re experiencing now with unnecessary permits and inspections will go to a new level.  The new energy code will be written to require greater “energy efficiency” certification for units we replace. 

Obama’s cronies (think GE) are working on “energy efficient” replacements for all of your appliances.  These are sure to be pricy and not worth the money, but they will be required and your city inspectors will enforce compliance. I’m sure you will get some tax incentive, because it’s another way to increase our debt.

Over-the-top, unnecessary energy efficiency code laws are being implemented to comply with the 25% reduction in carbon emissions required by the Obama government for 2015. 

Homeowners will be required to bring their homes into compliance with the energy efficiency codes and all other codes as they are implemented with a Climate Action Plan.

A Climate Action Plan will be established by local governments to ensure enforcement of new Energy Efficiency Codes and future codes.  All are planned to require current code compliance before you can sell your home.  Environmental Laws will be enforced by your Police along with other government agencies.

We already have Smart Meters that allow the electric company to dial down your power if you’re using too much.

California is the first State feeling the effects of Agenda 21, Regional governance, land seizure and draconian codes and the San Francisco Bay Area is the poster child.   See video below:
