Georgia US Senate Republican Candidates

If you look at their websites you will see what they include and what they avoid.

Paul Broun is a Republican Constitutionalist with a 96% average voting record to prove it.  He has 6 years experience in the US House and the endorsement of Ron Paul.
Derrick Grayson is a Republican Constitutionalist with no Legislative record, but is a strong voice pledging to deliver 100% US Constitution 100% of the time.

Phil Gingrey is a Republican Conservative with a 76% average voting record.  He served in the State Senate from 1999 to 2003 and in the US House from 2004 to 2014.  His stated position on issues is similar to the Constitutionalists.
Art Gardner, an Atlanta Patent Attorney would want to reform US Patent law.  He is concerned about federal spending.  He is a fiscal conservative and socially tolerant.

Jack Kingston is a Republican with a 60% average voting record. His website has no issues section, just a Donate button.  He has 21 years in the US House and 8 years in the Georgia House.
Karen Handel is a Republican with no State or Federal Legislative record.  Her website has no issues section, just Donate and Volunteer buttons. She was Fulton County Commission Chair from 2004 to 2007 and Georgia Secretary of State 2007 to 2010.  She ran for Governor in 2011.

David Perdue is a Republican with no State or Federal Legislative record. His website has no issues section, just a Donate button.  He is Sonny Perdue’s cousin and is on the Savannah Port Authority Board.
As you move down the list, you will note my “in order” preferences. I have endorsed Paul Broun.  As a Constitutionalist, I believe we need more US Senators who would be willing to close failed federal departments and send these activities to the States and the People.

The 3 candidates I listed at the bottom of my list, oddly enough, have done well in the polls, yet they say the least on their websites about what they would do on the main issues.  They are certainly interested in donations, but may be more interested in getting elected than they are in us.  They don’t say much, because they don’t want to lose votes.  I think we need more drastic actions than they would approve.
Government has been too willing to waste money for little return.  But it seems that the things they spend the most money on don’t improve, they get worse and more expensive.  Education, health care and government operations are certainly overpriced and underperforming. Energy and most other unconstitutional activities the feds throw money at are following the same path.

The voting record scores I noted above are the average of their scores from electtherightcandidate.us, Heritage Action, The Club for Growth, New American Freedom Index and Numbers USA.
