Erroneous Con-Con News

Fox News and other members in the media erroneously reported last week that the threshold had been reached for Congress to call a Constitutional Convention or any other convention under Article V.

What they are not taking into consideration are the twelve states that have rescinded their calls for a Con-Con.

These twelve states include Arizona, Idaho, Louisiana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and Wyoming.

Later this week, we will have a pre-written and customizable alert for you to send to your Congressmen through our alert system. This alert will help explain these rescissions and include a link to a one-page PDF giving a synopsis of the state applications for a Con-Con. Michigan became the 34th state to call for a convention late last week, but again, out of those, 12 states rescinded their calls.
