Democrat House of Cards

Democrats have carried the ball to introduce the legislation that enabled the American Communist Party to achieve all of their goals.  The controls are in the labyrinth of legislation passed since 1900.  Reagan put a halt to most new bad legislation, but did not repeal the old bad laws.  In 1989, with Bush I, Democrats had full control and began to implement tons of bad law beginning with the doubling of immigration.
When Republicans took over in 1994, they did not reverse it, but continued to let it develop. UN Agenda 21 is responsible for the most wasteful spending spree the federal government has ever embarked on.
From 2000 to 2008, Republicans managed to get toe national debt from $5 trillion to $10 trillion, setting up a Democrat takeover by a trained Marxist.  Obama has managed to do an enormous amount of damage from 2008 to present, taking the debt to $18 trillion, prolonging our recession and destabilizing the globe.
In 2016 we will need a President and Congress who will actually begin to dismantle this labyrinth of laws that infringe on our rights and endanger our economy. Those who do not campaign on this issue should not be elected.
The laws that caused the 2008 Meltdown are still on the books and need to be repealed.  They are the Community Reinvestment Act 1993 and HUD non-discrimination rules that forced banks to approve mortgages for unqualified borrowers.  If a law that is meant to “help the poor” results in massive fraud and economic collapse, the law should be repealed.
Environmental laws should not trump private property rights. These laws have ruined private property values and hurt the economy. Environmentalists should use their own money to protect endangered species.  There are enough cases where the species is no longer on the property.  We should start by restoring these property owners’ rights. These are unconstitutional laws and should be repealed and referred to the states. If the law results in the abuse of private property rights, it should be repealed.  Let liberal billionaires buy land for the endangered species and let citizens have their property rights.
Current immigration policy has resulted in 92 million citizens without jobs.  We need to stop immigration of illegals, refugees and all those without engineering degrees and rare technical skills.
Agenda 21 must be stopped and reversed. The global warming hoax needs to be addressed by Congress and Bills passed to reject carbon reduction. Our energy costs are at risk. If our energy costs increase, jobs will not come.
The UN is responsible for the global warming hoax.  In addition, they are laying claim to our water, land, borders, monuments and rights. They want to tax us to support their corrupt ends.  We need to quit the UN
Foreign aid ends up in the hands of the dictators.  We need to stop all government to government military and humanitarian foreign aid.
Current trade agreements should be repealed and no new trade agreements considered.
If tax laws discourage jobs, they should be fixed.
Congress needs to enforce the Constitution (as written) and begin the closing of unconstitutional federal departments, agencies and programs.
All of this should be done over time, with minimum impact on citizens.  A steady reversal of these bad policies should give Congress and the states time to have a smooth transition.
Democrats will go nuts if Republicans begin to do any of this, because their house of cards will begin to collapse.  Liberals don’t win real debates and can’t defend these laws. They have been able to pass bad law by attaching it to Omnibus Bills and creating emotional tsunamis. Congress should now be able to take these tools away from them and they must.
Special interest will go nuts, but will also need to go to the states.
Rolling back Obamacare and Immigration and removing EPA and HUD rules will give citizens the most relief.
We will know if Republicans will actually do these things when they start to “come clean” on these issues and address them openly.
Norb Leahy, Dunwoody GA Tea Party Leader
