Tea Party Issues

We are opposed to all threats to our sovereignty, We want our Constitutional Rights restored and our personal property rights protected.  We want to stop unconstitutional federal departments, agencies and actions from trampling these Rights and destroying this sovereignty. 

We would quit the UN. We believe global warming is a hoax perpetrated by the UN that has cost trillions to the global economy.  We see the UN attempting to claim our land, our water, our children, our guns and our rights.

We would cancel, repeal and nullify federal and state enabling legislation that poses a threat to citizens including: UN Agenda 21, Wilding Project, Common Core, EPA Air & Water Regulations, EPA CAFÉ Standards, all UN Treaties. We would repeal Obamacare, reject legal claims by Muslims and atheists, 

We would restore & preserve the US Constitution (as written). We want states to take ownership of federal land. We want to close the Federal Reserve and end inflation. We would enforce the 10^th Amendment and transfer all unconstitutional federal government activities to the states and the people.

We would secure US borders, restore immigration enforcement, refuse all “refugees”, remove all government benefits from illegal immigrants, drastically reduce immigration to under 200,000 per year. 

We would end government to government foreign aid and remove government obstacles to drilling oil and gas.

With many groups in agreement, we began to refer to ourselves as Constitutionalists to give some identity to our alliances with other conservative groups.
