Amnesty Not Dead Yet

TeaParty.org to Publish Hard-Hitting “Tell-All” eBook on Amnesty

(Dr. Jerome Corsi) – House Speaker John Boehner championing a bill through the House of Representatives last week defunding President Obama’s unconstitutional “amnesty” program should not fool Tea Party Loyalists.

What we feared worst is happening as they cry for amnesty is secretly growing in the shadows of Congress.

Already McConnell has affirmed at the joint House and Senate GOP retreat this past week in Hershey, Pennsylvania, that while he is going to “try” to get the House bill defunding Obama’s amnesty funded by the Senate, he is doubtful he can attract the six Democrats needed to reach the 60-vote threshold to end debate.

The concern is growing that Senate GOP leaders may cave in, abandoning the attempt House effort to defund amnesty.

Meanwhile, the Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as part of the Department of Homeland Security is moving forward with plans to open operational space in a newly constructed office building in Crystal City, near Arlington, Virginia, at a price tag of a $7.8 million annual lease, with a plan to house some 1,000 full-time, permanent federal and contract employees in a variety of positions and grade levels, with jobs offering salaries as high as $157,000 a year and a total salary cost of $40 million per year.[i]

The Obama administration has put Congress on notice that since the USCIS operates on fees that the USCIS continued to collect even through the government shutdown of 2013 that ran from October 1 through October 16, 1963, Congress cannot shut the USCIS bureaucracy down through an appropriations bill, with the result Obama can keep issuing amnesty documents to DREAMER parents in complete disregard of Congress.

Widely reported in October, the Department of Homeland Security issued a preliminary draft solicitation and gave notice an official solicitation will follow shortly to print 4 million U.S. employment authorization cards for illegal immigrants per year for each of the next five year, with the maximum DHS expects to print not to surpass 34 million.

Why 34 million?

DHS needs 34 million U.S. employment authorization cards printed over the next 5 years because the Obama administration is preparing to authorize up to 34 million illegal immigrants over that time period with legal residency status in the United States and “green card” permits to seek employment.

To be employed legally, the 34 million illegal immigrants will need legitimate Social Security cards and valid state-driver’s licenses.  If the 34 million illegal immigrants are paying the state and federal taxes resulting from their employment, who is going to stop them from registering to vote?

While the Congressional Budget Office estimated last week that only some 2.25 million illegal immigrants will be able to meet the requirements by 2017 to be approved for the amnesty Obama proclaimed for the “DREAMER Parents,” the reality is clear in Washington, that any illegal immigrants that receive work permits under the Obama amnesty will also get issued legitimate Social Security numbers, have access to Medicaid under Obamacare, and will be able to get state driver’s licenses and be permitted to register to vote.

Now, the Mexican government announced Mexican consulates throughout the United States will begin issuing birth certificates to Mexican citizens residing here to make it easier for them to take advantage of the Obama amnesty, applying for work permits, driver’s licenses, and protection from deportation.  This means the 50 Mexican consulates in the United States will be able to access birth certificate data maintained by regional governments in Mexico to print at the consular offices in the United States upon demand.

The Mexican government estimates that approximately half the illegal immigrants currently residing in the United States are Mexican citizens, calculating that as many as 3 million Mexicans will be able to apply for work permits and protection from deportation under President Obama’s plan, as long as they can present to DHS authorities the required documentation, including birth certificates in Mexico.

Amnesty is Obama’s Cloward/Piven plan to break America’s back and bankrupt our workforce.

Also remember, Barack Obama end game is (and always was) redistributing income by destroying a middle class Obama has declared to be “racist,” while opening our borders to a Spanish underclass that Obama knows will have no appreciation of American history and no commitment to the U.S. Constitution.
