Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act

On Thursday, January 22nd, the US House of Representatives will take up H.R.36, *Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act*.  H.R. 36 prohibits an abortion from being performed if the probable post-fertilization age of the

unborn child is 20 weeks or greater - unless the mother's life is in danger, or rape or incest was committed against a minor and reported to law enforcement.  This is a tremendous opportunity for every pro-life American to take action that will help save the lives of thousands of unborn babies every year.  

 

Planned Parenthood, which revealed in their 2013-2014 annual report that they aborted almost 328,000 unborn babies in that year, is strongly opposed to H.R.36.  In addition to saving babies, this abortion-restricting measure would cut severely into Planned Parenthood’s operating revenues.

 

Please call your US Congressional Representative and ask that he/she support H.R.36.*
