US HR 5 Nationalizes Education

By Georgia Insight Action Alert Educational Freedom Coalition, Mary Kay Bacallao
HR 5, Student Success Act of 2015 is Unconstitutional
HR 5 denies parents their rights over their children. (See H.R. 5 pages 488; 522-555.)
HR 5 directly violates the U.S. Constitution’s mandate for separation of federal and state jurisdiction.
Therefore, it will:
(a) Destroy representative government;
(b) Destroy all non-governmental schools;
(c) Standardize education across this nation;
(d) Violates states’ rights under the U.S. Constitution;
(e) Usurp the authority and responsibilities of elected school boards;
(f) Destroy all private education in the U.S.
(g) Require compliance in private and religious schools through “choice” vouchers; and
(h) Satisfy Common Core via Title I Direct Student Services Vouchers.
ACTION – Call your Congressman immediately. Ask him to vote NO on H.R. 5.
