Citizens vs Immigrants

We are witnessing a rogue federal government wrecking the US with excessive immigration. Obama is doubling down on UN Agenda 21 implementation with open borders and unconstitutional benefits intended for citizens going to millions of “refugees”.

US Law has always handled citizens differently in the courts. The US Constitution and Bill of Rights define US citizens’ rights.

But when our welfare laws were written, immigrants were included over time without regard to what future costs might be; first, with public schools and medical care. It made sense, they were here.  

But the camel’s nose went under the tent with the unconstitutional taking of public schools operating under federal law and anti-discrimination federal law and all other unconstitutional federal laws.

If states had insisted on the federal government’s compliance with the US Constitution and the 10^th Amendment, we wouldn’t have the conundrums we are facing today with the federal government.

Early mistakes include the unconstitutional creation of federal lands, the Federal Reserve Act, the income tax, the war on poverty, defining the right to “Life” to exclude the unborn, defining “Born” to include non-citizen “anchor babies” as citizens and the erroneous Supreme Court interpretation of the “separation of church and state. All of this was the created by the unconstitutional use of tax dollars. The federal government was not held to the limits of its enumerated powers. The federal government took over too much, on purpose, to bankrupt the US.

There have been destructive actions at the federal level over the years that have caused our financial Armageddon. All of these seemed wrong at the time.

Requiring banks to lend to unqualified borrowers, requiring all hospitals to treat indigent patients, (The stealthy removal of county hospitals and clinics to do indigent care should have tipped us off that another scam was afoot). The latest is refusing to allow businesses to choose who they do business with.

All of these affronts to our freedom have been calculated to put us in this financial death trap by Communists who infiltrated our government, media, universities and corporations using bribes paid with printed dollars. The cost is going on the national credit card and it’s all reversible.

We are fighting World War III.  In this war, the Communists in our own government are the enemy. We can keep track of how we are doing by keeping track of the Bad Laws we can get our politicians to repeal.
