Freedom to Select Employees

Businesses need the freedom to select the employees they need without fear of discrimination law suits. Adding Gays and Trans-gender and immigrants and Muslim groups to the “protected class” groups will add additional burdens to businesses if these groups are entitled to sue employers.
These are sub-cultures and do not assimilate. The destruction of the U.S. Military using social engineering is viewed by all as the “dress-rehearsal” for the coming round of freedom bashing employment laws for businesses. It is yet another strategy our Marxist government uses to crash our economy.
A Meritocracy in a free society would permit business owners to base employee selection on “best fit”. Compliance with federal employment law doesn’t address “best fit” and is incompatible with the strategies necessary to operate successfully. 
Laws that protect classes are destructive to businesses who should be making staffing decisions based on “best fit”.
