Obamacare Congressional Exemption

URGENT: Important ObamaCare Vote in Senate at 10am TOMORROW

There is a vote at 10am tomorrow in the Senate's Small Business Committee that matters if you care about ending the Congressional special exemption from ObamaCare - and your help is needed.

Sen. David Vitter (R-LA) chairs that committee, and he wants authorization to subpoena the unredacted records in which the House and Senate each attested to having fewer than 45 employees - the lie that justified the special exemption.

Having those documents would create enormous leverage to bring the Vitter/DeSantis legislation that would undo the special exemption for Congress to a floor vote. As an issue of basic fairness, members of Congress and their staff should not be allowed special treatment that doesn't apply to other Americans under ObamaCare. Undoing this special

exemption would make it so that legislators would have to

experience ObamaCare firsthand.

Below is a list of Senators who need to be strongly encouraged to vote to allow the subpoena.

THAT VOTE IS AT 10AM TOMORROW.

Can you please take a moment to reach out to them tonight, leave a voice message, and tell them to support Sen. Vitter's subpoena for these records in the vote tomorrow?

Sen. James Risch (R-ID) (202) 224-2752
