HAARP Weather Weapon

The US Department of Defense has been testing its “weather weapon” over the past decade over the US land mass.  We’ve seen “chemtrails” in our skies as chemicals are released from commercial aircraft.  The chemical release is joined by radio frequency energy to create low pressure areas like the one that sucked hurricane Sandy into New Jersey.  This weapons testing is now being blamed for the drought in California. 

 

The US media does not cover this, but the geoengineering watch website does.  There is man-made climate change and it is being done by our federal government.
