NOT JUST SYRIAN ‘REFUGEES’:
Obama Is Planning Another Invasion…Right In Your Neighborhood
Not unlike the insanity of a busy
Christmas season- multiple shopping lists, an ugly sweater party or two,
hooking your arm up to a portable egg nog latte drip, etc. keeping track of the
Obama Administration’s many attacks on the American landscape can be hard to
manage. It’s very easy and understandable to focus your concern on whatever
disaster the media’s reporting. I kind of know what it feels like to be a cat
jumping unessentially at a laser pointer beam.
However, yours truly and Clash Daily
never want to lose sight of the fact that Obama is a master of using major
events, from terrorist attacks workplace violence to an Absolute-Totally-Last-Chance-Or-We’re-Doomed-We-Really-Mean-It-This-Time
climate change conference to deflect attention from some equally terrifying
initiative he’s currently sneaking through. Something like the HUD Secretary,
Julian Castro’s social engineering tool masquerading as policy, the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) initiative, for example.
In a nutshell, it’s a program to
empower the federal government to remap local neighborhoods under the auspice
of aiding the poor or, I dunno, maybe Obama’s illegal immigrants to
successfully claim their piece of the American pie. As HUD describes it, the
idea is to provide “affordable housing in communities that are rich with opportunity
… [because] too many Americans find their dreams limited by where they come
from, and a ZIP code should never determine a child’s future.” So much for all
politics are local.
Now that HUD took this authority –
oh, AFFH wasn’t a bill that Congress voted on (Did Obama forget that step?
Oops, maybe he’ll remember to do that next time), the President once again
proved his ambition to govern you all the way from Washington instead of those
pesky state and locally elected leaders. This mandate is a Trojan horse to fundamentally
change the local and regional cultures that you and I live in.
Not because we live in a democracy
and us citizens demanded any change, but because it serves the goal of one man
to fundamentally transform the American social DNA towards his vision. It also
ignores the reality that what made immigration so successful in the past was a
person’s desire to earn their own piece of the pie and not have it carved out
of someone else’s and by executive fiat.
Why is this news relevant now when
it’s so much juicer to focus on terrorism or the election or whatever idiotic
bit of self-serving propaganda Hillary vomits out? Because just as this program
is gaining steam after getting the green light in July, AllenWest.com reports that there is now a bill in Congress to defund it
entirely. The bill, sponsored by Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz), is looking for
momentum as it navigates through a “Republican” Congress that, frankly, nobody
knows it if it has any backbone.
I’m sure President Obama, Julian
Castro and Harry Reid would consider it a wonderful Christmas present if the
media and public knew nothing of the policy so those wishy-washy RINOs wouldn’t
have any motivation to support Rep. Gosar’s bill.
