This Bill
would allow District Attorneys to give a pass to Police Officers who kill
unarmed, innocent people.
Oregon
rancher LaVoy Finicum was murdered by FBI agents in January 2016 to send a
message to ranchers who would not sign their land over to the federal
government. This is not a good time to
