Obama is using the Department of Education and the
Department of Justice to bully every school in the country to allow men and male
students in the girls' bathrooms and locker rooms.
Not only is this an absurd and dangerous precedent to set,
but it's also unconstitutional. The
states have the power to ignore Obama's threats under the 10th Amendment of the
Constitution.
Public Advocate is demanding Governors and Attorneys General
to use their power and fight back. That's
why I'm dedicated to collecting over 100,000 petitions
from pro-Family Americans ordering their Governor and
Attorney General to protect our children's schools.
You see, since I first emailed you about Obama's dangerous decree, Governors and Attorneys General from 12 states have already
defied Obama.
Some of them signed on to North Carolina's appeal case
insisting the U.S. Supreme Court overturn a case that allows men to use the girls'
bathroom and locker room. Others have
told their schools to flat out ignore Obama's threat.
Now, I've identified an additional 22 states whose Governors
were elected by pro-Family voters. But they're missing in action! If I can
rally enough support from outraged parents and citizens in their state, I
believe they will join the others in the resistance to Obama's Transgender Tyranny.
That's why I must collect at least 100,000 petitions.

Faced with a tidal wave of pro-Family Americans demanding
they take a stand, these Governors and Attorneys General will have no other
choice but to defend our children's schools.
Even they are already fighting Obama's decree, it's crucial
you sign your petition encouraging them to never back down. I must strike back right away before it's too late.
The more states who allow their schools to cave to Obama's threats of stripping away their funding and legal action,
the harder it will be to reverse this dangerous policy.
Simply put, once men in the girls' bathrooms and locker
rooms becomes the new "normal," it will be incredibly tough to reverse
it.
You see, "transgenderism" is a bizarre new social
experiment created by the Homosexual Lobby to better enforce their agenda. And they don't care how dangerous this
lifestyle is for the people they claim to support.
Recently, the American College of Pediatricians released a
study producing stark evidence on just how dangerous promoting this behavior is
by highlighting the alarming suicide rates of those struggling with their
gender.
But Obama and his allies continue to force transgenderism as
the new normal in America as if it's OK to ignore basic science, and as if it's
OK for someone to ignore their actual gender. So they're using government bureaucrats to
force schools to promote this dangerous lifestyle to children.
Obama has claimed that his administration has been receiving
thousands of requests from "transgendered" students demanding he take
action. That's virtually impossible.
"Transgendered" citizens make up less than 1/2 of 1 percent of the
population. And the liberal media is letting him get away with this lie!
Not only is it necessary to fund Public Advocate's quest for 100,000 petition signatures, it will be used for the second
part of our program designed to expose Obama's lie.
If Public Advocate's proven grassroots strategy to defeat
Obama's Transgender Tyranny is successful, we will also have to defend laws
like the one in North Carolina in the courts.
The radical Homosexual Lobby will stop at nothing to make
sure they're successful. So they'll use
their massive bank accounts -- stuffed with taxpayer funding and donations from
Hollywood elites – and challenge laws protecting our children in the courts.
Enabling teenage boys, and even men pretending to be women,
to share locker rooms with girls is disgusting and morally wrong.
The cases of sexual assaults in women's bathrooms have skyrocketed ever since the increased national attention over public bathrooms. I shudder to think what will happen if our
schools open the floodgates for predators to do the same.
If we do nothing, Obama will successfully bully schools into submission.

Obama's decree forces every school in the nation to allow
any man who chooses to "identify" as a girl entry into the girls'
locker rooms and bathrooms, or else they'll lose federal funding and face
lawsuits. This is unacceptable.
