Transgender Petition

Republican lawmakers are pushing back against President Obama's transgender agenda. But it's not enough. The American people must resist the latest unlawful decree by our imperial president.

More than 70 Republican members of the House of Representatives have signed a letter demanding answers on President Obama's lawless transgender and transsexual bathroom directive. The Daily Signal reports that Rep. Mark Walker (R-NC) is behind the effort:

In the letter, which is addressed to Attorney General Loretta Lynch and Education Secretary John King, lawmakers ask them to "explain why schools must disregard the privacy, 'discomfort,' and emotional strain imposed on other students during use of bathroom, showering, and changing facilities and overnight accommodations as these schools comply with this guidance."

The letter, which was signed by 73 GOP representatives and sent to the Departments of Justice and Education on Thursday, questions the legality of the President's decree. According to The Daily Signal, it also seeks answers regarding "how, and on what authority, (the Departments) plan to enforce the new guidelines."

As a constitutional attorney, I can assure you that absolutely no legal basis or executive authority exists for this foolish and illegal directive. It is simply the latest example of the "Divider-in-Chief" trying to ram his extremist policies down the collective throats of moderates and conservatives. It's time for the American people to stand up and tell this imperial president, "Enough!"

This "Obama Onslaught" is part of the administration's bigger plan to elevate gender identity to a protected class under the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Americans must resist and protect American women and girls from sexual predators who will use this lawless directive to advance their own nefarious schemes.

The petition simply states: "As a concerned citizen, I am calling on elected officials to PROTECT AMERICAN WOMEN AND GIRLS from sexual deviants and predators by keeping men and boys out of female restrooms, fitting rooms, and locker rooms!"

The President has put millions of women and girls at risk, while also threatening their constitutional right to privacy. Act now to stop accommodations for transsexuals and transgenders that enable sexual predators to harm women and girls.
