Containing Protestors

Cities and counties who issue permits for parades, marches and political protests need to protect private property by restricting these events to public parks. Organizers can bring in their own public address equipment. Parking is usually available. They need to keep protestors away from streets, highways, store fronts and other peoples’ businesses, homes and automobiles. Protestors should not be allowed to interfere with commerce or the free movement of traffic.
