Terror not preventable

Intelligence agencies are not equipped to prevent terror attacks.  They are used to working in secret and are not used to have their work graded.  Every time a terrorist strikes, the agencies get an F.

In Europe they are whining about not having enough agents to do surveillance on terror suspects and their contacts.

At the other end of this charade are the elected officials who have bowed to the will of the UN and allowed the current Muslim invasion of Europe and the US.

The obvious solution to the terrorism problem is to stop importing terrorists via refugee resettlement and the Muslim invasion. The next step needed is to deport those Muslims who are already in Europe and the US.  That should solve the problem the intelligence agencies are currently facing.
