Self-Driving Cars

Yea right!  Auto manufacturers should be thinking about cheaper cars with fewer bells and whistles. Also, we want these cars to last for decades with high mileage and low maintenance costs. We are used to being able to buy cars you can drive for 300,000 miles.  We also continue to want hybrid cars that can get 60 miles to the gallon.

If this self-driving technology can be made to work on passenger trains, we should try it on these for a few years before we add this insanity to our roads and highways.
