Trump
ordered the movement of the US Embassy to Jerusalem after prior Presidents had
issued statements that agreed that Israel had the right to establish its own
capitol and embassies belong in capitols. Israel is the only country capable of
administering Jerusalem. “Palestine” started as a UN refugee camp and morphed
into a terrorist state.
The
negative reaction to his announcement is no surprise. Those who disagree have
been anti-Semitic for decades and have managed to manipulate most other
American Presidents in the past to allow neighboring Muslim terrorists to
attack Israel since 1948. Trump is declaring an end to this debate in no
uncertain terms and he is absolutely correct to do so.
Israel’s
victory in the 1967 war established its legitimacy and they could have kept the
territory they won in that war and may need to reclaim it to end all
neighboring terrorist activity.
