Trump 2018 Agenda

Trump cut unnecessary regulations and corporate taxes to allow the US private sector economy to renew itself.  The tax cut from 35% to 21% allows manufacturing to return to the US and allows companies to invest off-shore profits back to US operations. These companies are investing these tax cuts in new equipment and improved products to increase the productivity needed to become more competitive and raise wages.

Trump will continue to increase oil production to allow us to reduce our 10,000 bbd oil imports and become energy independent. US oil consumption is 20,000 bbd and US oil production is 10,000 bbd. Trump will continue to increase production of natural gas production to increase exports to lower our trade deficit. The US already produces all of the natural gas and coal it consumes and has recently become a net exporter of liquid natural gas. US energy exports will reduce the US trade deficit and create American jobs.

Trump will continue to re-outfit the military to refurbish and replace equipment and improve weapons platforms.

Trump seeks to strengthen liable laws to add consequences for those who make false accusations.

Trump is supporting health insurance associations and health insurance sales across state borders. Trump should also take measures to reduce healthcare costs.

Trump’s approach to fixing excessive immigration has been to recognize and reverse illegal programs like DACA work permits and ending unnecessary programs like the 17 year old El Salvador War Refugee Program. Trump is calling for appropriations to build the wall and the removal of the Lottery and Chain Migration immigration programs and needs to end the Anchor Baby program, tighten the H1b visa program and end welfare for immigrants and refugees.
