Human Abilities

We are a miraculous creation.  Our human bodies have the ability to heal themselves and we are gifted with the power of reason. Our ability to thrive is enhanced by our genetics, our up-bringing and our choices. We are each unique, but we share abilities and the power to understand each other. Our needs are the same. We all have instincts to survive and succeed at whatever we decide to do.

We have abilities like judgment, thinking, feeling, sensing, self-sufficiency, intelligence, stamina, talent and attitude. We can use these to make our choices.  If our choices are good, we will do well, but if our choices are not good, we will struggle.

We share common needs. We need food, water, shelter, comfort, safety and self-sufficiency. We also need to work to provide these for ourselves and our families. We are adaptable and learn to function in our surroundings.

We also vary in many ways. We come from many countries and many cultures and tend to adapt to the activities and behaviors we have been taught. We are capable of being happy in meager environments and unhappy in sumptuous environments. The difference is in our choices and how we use our abilities. Happiness requires gratitude.

We are mortal physical beings with a complex system of organs secreting chemicals and we are tied together with nerves that emanate from our brains. If any of these chemicals are medically out of balance, we can easily have negative physical and mental results. Many of us are making nutritional and emotional choices that are destructive. The first step is to determine what chemicals are out of balance.

It’s easy to find the answers.  All you need to do is to check the ingredients on your vitamin bottle to see what percentage of daily requirements it offers. Then take supplements that include the vitamins and minerals you need to get 100% of your daily requirements. Beyond that, your doctor should have tests to check the rest. You are the only one who can solve these problems and you have all the abilities you need to improve.

The traits and abilities we identify as helpful to people like stamina, talent, attitude, judgment and intelligence work together, just like the organs in our bodies to make us self-sufficient.
