Construction Pay

Construction pay is based on skill, perfection and speed. This is especially true for Bricklayers, Siding Installers, Roofers, Carpenters and Drywall Installers. But it is also true for Heavy Equipment Operators, Electricians, HVAC Technicians, Appliance Repair Technicians and Plumbers although their work is not as visible and carefulness is critical.

Many Construction Jobs require physical strength, athletic ability, artistic ability, high energy and agility and have risks walking on roofs, climbing ladders, working in cramped spaces, electrocution and hepatitis C from sewage. Many of these jobs are performed outside exposed to the weather. Most people who do this work love it.
