average rose to $220,100.
The increase from
$148,000 in 2012 to $220,100 in 2018 is a $72,100 or 49%. Over the past 6
years, home values averaged appreciation of 3.16% per year.
The average number of
days to sell a home is 68 days. 1.1% of all mortgages are delinquent and 8.2%
of homes have negative equity; their mortgage is more than their home value.
The median cost to
rent is $1,650 per month.
