US DOJ Corruption

The Mueller Investigation has proven that Special Councils should never again be authorized by the US Congress because of prosecutorial abuse. Further, the laws need to be changed to decriminalize “lying to the FBI”. The Entrapment Schemes used by the FBI in the Mueller probe should be rooted out and eliminated.

Government abuse at the local level also needs to be eliminated.  Everyone knows about Police Abuse, “no-knock” warrants, nighttime raids, breaking down doors to homes, innocent citizens being killed by police, false arrest, prosecution of innocent citizens, asset forfeiture abuse, predatory fines and excessive unnecessary fees and fines.

The Police State has convinced everyone to avoid calling 911 for anything. Calls for “domestic disturbance” can result in abused wives being arrested for self-defense and all forms of Nanny-State abuse of family, parent and homeowner rights.

Providing shelter for family members who are addicts or are mentally ill is a no-win situation. Moving them out may require processing eviction notices that take 30 days. They are likely then to become part of the Homeless problem. The questions about why parents couldn’t control the “School Shooter” mentally ill children goes begging. State Mental Hospitals no longer exist and crimes need to be committed to qualify for a jail cell.

Police can’t save your life or protect you from becoming a victim of a crime – you have to do this yourself. The problem is that “self-defense” is often viewed as a crime and you could go to jail for protecting yourself or attempting to stop a criminal.

Calling 911 for an Ambulence isn’t enough if the patient isn’t breathing. Whoever is there must begin CPR immediately until the EMTs arrive and take over. Calling for the Ambulence is required when patients have serious injuries and symptoms and need to be placed on a gurney. An Ambulence Ride can cost $1000.

Private Property Rights, Homeowner Rights, Parental Rights and Constitutional Citizen Rights are ignored by Police.

Police can act as a deterrent to crime by gathering enough evidence on a suspect to get an Arrest Warrant. The rest is up to Prosecutors and Judges.
