Colonization & Reformation 1492-1800


In the 5th Chapter beginning in 1492, Europe became involved in trade and colonization of the American continent. The church sent missionaries to convert the indigenous Indians and they were accompanied by soldiers from Spain, Portugal, France and England. The Protestant Reformation began in 1517 and half of Europe became Protestant.
