US
families need to stop spending, pay off their debts and save enough for a
down-payment on a single family home. Home value appreciation has enabled
families to amass net worth. Paying rent
makes no sense, condos have restrictions and timeshares are forever. Those
families with homes need to pay off their mortgages as soon as they can to
remove the mortgage payment from their monthly bills.
