White Privilege Scam

You don’t hear much about Asian Privilege, but the leaders of all Asian countries are Asians. The leaders of all African countries are Black. The leaders of all Muslim countries are Muslim.  The Leaders of Hispanic countries are Hispanic. But most of the leaders of European and North American countries are White. So, what’s wrong with the leaders of European and North American countries being White?

White Supremacy doesn’t exist in Asia or Africa. White supremacy only exists in Europe and North America.

Then there is the issue about Women not occupying 50% of the leadership roles in all of these countries. We have had great women leaders in several countries. Golda Mayer led Israel the 1967 and won the Six Days War. Margaret Thatcher led the UK and saved its economy by privatizing its government-run industries. Queen Victoria led Great Britain 1819 to 1901 and won the Industrial Revolution. Queen Elizabeth I led England from 1558 to 1603 and created the British Empire. Cleopatra led Egypt from 51 BC to 30 BC. The Queen of Sheba led Ethiopia in the 11^th Century BC. Their numbers were few, but their competency was impressive.

All abilities are subject to the “normal curve”. The most obvious model is professional sports where we see the top end of the athletic ability. In business and politics we need competency and an accurate worldview for leaders who achieve good long-term results.
