US Agricultural Export Increases


Trump is negotiating bi-lateral trade deals at the G7 with Japan, UK, Canada, France and Australia to increase US Agricultural and exports and increase overall trade in 2019.

Bilateral trade agreements between the US and other countries is set to replace agricultural trade with China.

US Corn Exports - Japan has announced that it will support an increase in corn imports from the US.  US will keep its low 2.5% Tariff on Japanese autos and Japan will support increased agricultural imports from the US including beef and pork. - Fox Business News 8/25/19.

The United States has exported 41.3 million metric tons of corn so far in 2019, down 9.4% from 2018 that totaled 45.6 million metric tons.
