The Median US Household Income in 2019 is $64,809.

There are 129 million households in the US, housing 330 million people in 2019. 30% of US households earn less than $35,000 per year. The next 30% earn between $35,000 and $75,000. The next 40% earn $75,000 or more.

8.9% $15,000 to $24,999
8.8% $25,000 to $34,999

Comments

Our concern is for households in the bottom 30% with incomes that are less than $35,000. We are creating more middle-class jobs for those who are currently working in minimum wage jobs.

I encourage low wage industries like fast food and retail to return to hiring students, so they can learn how to work and consider what occupations they wish to pursue in order to become self-supporting.
