If Federal Lands were restored to the States, the Federal Budget could be reduced and the States effected could grow their State GDPs to attract more farming, forestry and commerce. States could sell pasture land and tree farms to US Citizens and end the annual forest fire festivals. Congressional representation should be determined by the number of US Citizens in each State, not the population that includes legal and illegal non-citizens.

Large Cities and Large Metro Areas are too crowded and Citizens need jobs created in the rural county exurbs to be able to move out of the cities. Rural Cities need Manufacturing and resource extraction businesses to provide jobs. Fresh water needs to be conserved and used to water crops.
