Several Agencies are responsible for Foreign Relations. These include the State Department, National Intelligence, CIA and Ambassadors posted at Embassies. Implementing Trump’s plan to replace War with Total Economic Isolation through Sanctions is a new tool that needs to be employed. The State Department has depended on Diplomacy by Bribery and the US is looking to cut their total spending by $2 trillion per year. Foreign Aid that costs $1 trillion per year is on the chopping-block. Developing Countries will need to find their “boot-straps” and raise themselves to become successful by following the World Bank’s oversight. The UN interaction with Member Countries is a failure that encourages them to become vulnerable to Islamic Terror Group infiltration. They need to find ways to allow their populations to provide for their own food and shelter and develop their own Private Sector Economies.
