When reports of the massive waves of
immigrants flowing into Europe first made the media, people immediately began
expressing their desire to help. Several countries, including the U.S., rushed to
offer to take in more refugees in order to help ease the suffering.
But after all of the photos of
groups made up predominantly (or entirely) of young, military-aged men began to
surface and report after report of violence and rioting (and in some cases, like in Italy — murder ), some started to question whether we were seeing a refugee
crisis, or a cleverly orchestrated invasion.
Earlier in the year, ISIS warned the west that they would be sending at least 500,000 migrants into
Europe, with ISIS fighters among them. More recently, an ISIS operative claims
that more than 4,000 ISIS fighters have hidden among the migrants and are now throughout
Europe. And now, the black flag of ISIS has been spotted among rioting migrants in Germany.
Germany, which has expressed
willingness to take in at least 800,000 migrants this year alone has finally
had to cut off train service from Austria and close their borders. Cities like
Munich which have seen an influx of hundreds of thousands of migrants claims to
be on the verge of collapse.
Many also question why the migrants
are so bent on going into Europe, when there are several Muslim countries much
closer. Unfortunately, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Kuwait are not
willing to allow even one refugee into their borders. Although Saudi Arabia is
happy to finance the building of 200 new mosques in Germany.
The exodus in recent months has seen mainly young, able men, smartphones
and selfie sticks in hand, traversing numerous borders across Europe under the
guise of seeking refuge from the carnage in Syria and Iraq that they have left
behind.
Once in Greece, they march north via Macedonia and Serbia to Hungary.
Upon reaching Hungary, the borderless Schengen Area allows passport-less travel
across much of the European Union.
As many of these refugees have travelled via Turkey, an EU applicant and
NATO member, it does strike me as odd that they are still supposedly in a state
of panic with a need to presumably escape further into Northern Europe.
… Only last week, German customs officers seized a number of counterfeit
Syrian passports and documents destined for aspiring migrants.
Likewise, Frontex, the EU border agency, have themselves admitted that
many people using fake Syrian passports are from North Africa and elsewhere in
the Middle East.
The issue of fake passports also brings us to another serious matter –
security.
It is no secret that Islamic State are wanting to infiltrate Western
Europe in the hope that ‘lone wolf’ terror attacks can occur in their name.
Throughout history, refugees have
always consisted of primarily women, children, the aged and the infirm — as
most of the young men would be off fighting at war. This refugee crisis is
entirely like nothing we have seen before. There are boatloads of young men
arriving in Greece and Italy, and raising their selfie sticks so they can grab
a photo of themselves with their iPhones… refugees?
