While right-thinking Americans have been busy signing petitions to boycott Target stores, liberal members of Congress have been quietly pushing H.R. 3185, the deceptively-named Equality Act of 2015, legislation that will make so-called transgenderism the LAW OF THE LAND.

Giving predators an open invitation to enter ladies restrooms and locker rooms to molest women and children will now be the least of our worries as the radical left plans to use this law, once they pass it and get Barack Obama to sign it, as a weapon to persecute people of faith and those who hold traditional values for a wide variety of THOUGHT CRIMES.

RE: H.R. 3185, The Ill-Named Equality Act of 2015!

It has come to my attention that the recent move by retail chains, particularly the Target Corporation, and local municipalities across the country to allow men to have free access to women's restrooms and locker rooms is being used as an excuse by radicals in the House and the Senate to push H.R. 3185, the ill-named Equality Act of 2015, through Congress.

Right-thinking Americans already know that the real, but unstated, goal of H.R. 3185 and its companion bill, S. 1858, in the Senate is to give the radical left a weapon that will be used to shut down churches and religious organizations, prosecute businesses that are owned by people of faith and generally persecute people of faith for THOUGHT CRIMES.

H.R. 3185 must be stopped. It must be killed. A stake must be driven through the heart of this tyrannical legislation. Furthermore, we are expecting Members of Congress to also propose and pass legislation that echoes laws recently passed by the legislatures of North Carolina and Georgia that protects businesses that choose not to give predators access to women's restrooms and locker rooms. People should have the right and the option to not transact business in places that put the safety of their wives and children in jeopardy in the name of political correctness!
