The EU trades with itself and its neighbors including Russia, China, Africa and the Middle East. The US trade deficit with the EU in 2017 was $131 billion and so far in 2018 $66 billion as of May 2018. At $13.2 billion a month we can estimate the US trade deficit with the EU will be $158.4 billion.
