Numbers USA wants us to contact our Congress to demand the end of excessive immigration.

Numbers USA has been fighting excessive immigration in the US since 1997. This was the only organization with an “easy to use” website. I have sent emails to my congressional reps for a decade at no cost, but going to the “Action Board” on this website at no cost.

I became suspicious about excessive immigration in the 1960s when I read predictions that US demographics would shift away from our European roots and “minorities” would become the majority.  Later I learned that these eggheads were pushing socialism, growing government, increasing living costs and claiming that we needed to immigrate everybody to pay for our Social Security Ponzi scheme. This didn’t sound like a good idea to me.

Below are the “talking points” Numbers USA wants us to include in our personal emails to Congress:

Talking point:

There are three things I want from immigration reform: (1) requiring every employer to use E-Verify, (2) ending Chain Migration, and (3) ending the Visa Lottery. Too many Republicans are willing to cave on amnesty. They don't understand that the public really wants to stop job competition from illegal and legal immigration.

Talking point:

I am upset that Congress authorized and DHS added 15,000 more H-2B foreign workers for seasonal industries involving entertainment, tourism, landscaping, and seafood. These are not jobs Americans won't do. They're jobs for which the industries refuse to pay American wages. I'm tired of government selling out American workers, especially those with only a high-school degree, for cheap foreign labor.
