Immigration Reform

Congress needs to pass legislation to fully fund Trump’s Mexican border wall project and draft the Immigration Reform Bill now.

The new Bill needs to restrict immigration to require legal immigration based on Merit.

All Employers should be required to use E-Verify to ensure that it doesn’t hire undocumented immigrants.

Chain Migration should be eliminated along with the Visa Lottery and Anchor Baby Programs.

The US should quit the UN Refugee Programs.

Incentives that have encourage illegal immigration need to be removed including all forms of tax subsidized welfare, food stamps, housing assistance, medical care, drivers’ licenses, work permits, judicial protection, refugee status, access to courts and public schools. Undocumented migrants should not be allowed to cross the border into the US and should be turned away.  Undocumented migrants in the US should be biometrically identified, deported at their own expense and not let back in the country.

Temporary displacement of populations due to devastation of the environment that would result in starvation of food and water should be gathered in areas close to their homes until they can return to their homes and they should be required to work.
