Chile has done a good job by avoiding unhelpful governance.

The population of Chile is 18,197,209 with land area of 291,933 square miles
Nominal GDP in Chile is $325 billion. GDP growth is 3.3%. Nominal per capita GDO is $18,296. Inflation is 1.3%, Unemployment is 6.9%. Poverty is 11.7% Labor force is 9 million

GDP by sector is agriculture 5.1%, industry 41.8% services 53.1%. Labor force by occupation is agriculture 13%, industry 23% services 64%.

Main industries include copper, lithium, other minerals, foodstuffs, fish processing, iron, steel, wood, wood products, transportation equipment, cement and textiles.

Exports are $76.98 billion and include copper 53%, grapes and other produce 8.4%, chemicals 5%fish and seafood 4.5% paper and pulp 3.3%, wine 2.4%, lumber 2.2% and gold 2.1% sold to China 24.9%, US 12.8%, Japan 9.9%, Brazil 5.8% and Argentina 5.5%.

Imports are $60.67 billion including machinery 21.9%, petroleum 17.5%, transportation equipment and parts 16.3%, chemicals 7.7%, steel and other metals 5.2%, plastic and rubber 5.1%, textiles 5%, foodstuffs 3.1%, natural gas 2.7%.purchased from the US 20.3%, China 19.7%, Brazil 6.5%, Argentina 5% and Germany 4%

Government debt is $42.4 billion or 16.5% of GDP.
Revenue is $50.67 billion, Spending is 56.32 billion.
External debt is $140 billion. Reserves are $42 billion.
