The top exports of Togo are Gold ($1.18B), Refined Petroleum ($1.07B), Calcium Phosphates ($434M), Soybeans ($234M), and Electricity ($105M), exporting mostly to United Arab Emirates ($1.19B), India ($511M), Cote d'Ivoire ($474M), South Africa ($271M), and Burkina Faso ($249M).

The top imports of Togo are Refined Petroleum ($10.5B), Crude Petroleum ($594M), Motorcycles and cycles ($497M), Rice ($375M), and Palm Oil ($343M), importing mostly from India ($5.43B), China ($2.94B), South Korea ($2.36B), Nigeria ($750M), and Chinese Taipei ($665M).

Comments

The $13.82B Trade Deficit is too high. Lower oil prices and should help. Arable land at 48.72% should be developed for crops to export.
