The Price Demand Curve

As prices rise, demand vanishes. We have reached that point because of government subsidies for healthcare and education.  We have also reached that point with the price we pay for government.  The value of these industries has also diminished because of government involvement. 

Education in the US was better before government got involved.  We were the most literate and the most successful country in the world when we home schooled and hired tutors. Education has turned into political indoctrination and social engineering and has abandoned basic education. 

Healthcare was more productive and less expensive before government “provided” Medicare.  There have been no major advances or cures since the 1950s. 

Of all the power grabs by government, Social Security, a Ponzi scheme, is now the most necessary. But if we had been allowed to deposit our 15% each year to a Personal Account in an Index Fund and Fixed Return, we would have tripled our investment in cash we could pass on to our families.  Instead, our Social Security payments were not invested, but went into the government “slush fund” and was wasted.

Big Money took over our government, so whatever government does only benefits Big Money.  Large Campaign Contributors own the government.  Politicians won’t work for the voters until we outlaw Big Money from making campaign contributions.  A good campaign finance law would restrict making campaign contributions to registered voters. They would be allowed to contribute to politicians who would appear on their ballot. 

The best thing voters could do is to shrink Big Government and force it to return its unconstitutional activities to the “free market”.

Constitutional Conservative Movement

There have always been those Americans who objected to government violating the US Constitution by passing, signing and upholding unconstitutional laws, regulations and activities. Most of our elected officials were guardians of the US Constitution for our first 100 years, but in 1872, Congress created Yellowstone National Park. 

In 1913, the Constitution took another hit with the passage of the Federal Reserve and Income Tax Acts.  In 1920 the American Communist Party published Goals that became Bills that were passed into law, ignoring the Constitution and the limits it placed on the federal. All of these Goals have been achieved.

In the 1930s, FDR created lots of unconstitutional programs, departments and agencies and even then the courts rolled some of them back. But FDR collected citizens gold and stopped redeeming US dollars for gold for citizens. FDR established Social Security.

In 1972 Nixon stopped redeeming US dollars for gold for foreigners and ended the gold standard for the US dollar

World War II established the US as the world’s policeman and the federal government grew.  In the 1960s, the federal government took on more unconstitutional activities and created welfare programs beyond Social Security.

In 2000, the National Debt was $5 trillion, but unfunded liabilities were $ 80 trillion. Now in 2015, the National Debt is $18 trillion and unfunded liabilities are $ 120 trillion.  The federal government prints and borrows money to fund 42% of its current expenses.  We are insolvent.

Constitutional Conservatives believe that the best way to fix this is to remove the unconstitutional activities from the federal government and transfer these activities to the States to return the federal government to full compliance with the US Constitution (as written) and the 10^th Amendment. The federal government should then pay off the National Debt and reduce its unfunded liabilities. 

The American Communists would see their Goals disappear.  Democrats would holler like crazy. I would say, that’s what happens when you run out of other peoples’ money.

This movement has grown since 2008 and will continue to grow.  Most Constitutional Conservatives currently vote Republican, but not all. We vote for politicians whose legislative votes are constitutional and their scores are 80-100% on websites like Conservative Review, Club for Growth, New American Freedom Index, Heritage Action, Numbers USA and electtherightcandidate.us

The alternatives to Constitutional compliance would result in sovereign debt default and total economic collapse. Being enslaved by the “new world order” of UN Agenda 21 is not an option, but it is the plan our current government is implementing.

The Truth will get you Elected

Just like the Reagan election, Republican candidates must be “truth tellers”.  None of them will be able to namby-pamby their way into the Whitehouse.

The truth is that federal overspending, regulations, military foreign aid, Obamacare, Common Core, failure to close the border, excessive immigration, bad trade agreements and UN Agenda 21 implementation have hurt American workers and we need to slash federal spending and stop damaging our free market system.

They also need to know that their Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Food Stamps, Earned Income Credit etc. will continue for U.S. citizens until they can lift themselves into jobs and off welfare.

They need to know that all other federal spending will be cut to the bone.  States will inherit all “federal land” and we will likely quit the UN and begin to pay down the debt.

They need to know that federal reports of unemployment and inflation have been understated and need to be corrected. They need to know how unnecessary most federal activities have been.

They need to know that if we need to cut the corporate tax rate, we will eliminate their tax breaks.  The need to know we won’t push a national sales tax and may increase tariffs on some imports.

They need to know that the 450% increase in the money supply is a danger and will likely cause inflation, but that our national sovereignty can be saved by returning to the US Constitution (as written), sending unconstitutional federal activities to the States.

Neocons Arise

Republican Party Divide

Rand Paul made a strong case against reauthorizing the Patriot Act.  Many voters agree with Rand Paul because they see how governments have use the information they collect to punish political opposition.  Lenin, Stalin and Hitler used it and slaughtered millions of its best citizens.  The IRS used it against the Tea Party.  Federal and State government is violating citizens’ property and other rights.  The federal government is bankrupt due to overspending. We’ve seen TSA spend $billions protecting us from grandma.   Government has earned our distrust.

Adding $5 trillion to the national debt gave our Neocons a bloody nose and they’ve been relatively quiet lately.   But, Rand’s attempt to restore the 4^th Amendment has them riled. RINOs are in a stampede to promote ISIS paranoia in the voter-base.

The elephant in the living room nobody notices is UN Agenda 21; the plan that requires the Middle Eastern countries to melt down, so they can merge.  Africa is next. We don’t really care; we just don’t want any Muslims here in the US and we don’t like our government’s reckless fiscal irresponsibility.

Our federal government actively supports the UN and Agenda 21 and we citizens don’t. The UN wants to own our children, our water, our land, our property, our sovereignty, our freedom and our carbon tax revenue. The UN is controlled by an oligarchy of global Marxist Banksters. They want the US to dissolve and our federal government is working to make this happen.  It’s treason.

Our greatest threat is not ISIS, it’s our own government, refusing to close the border and refusing to reduce spending, debt, unnecessary regulations and excessive immigration.  If we really wanted to protect ourselves from ISIS, we would close the border and deport all Muslims.

Rand Paul comes closest to what we need.  He would reduce spending, reduce the debt, close the border and reduce immigration. The Neocons are most afraid of Rand Paul. It’s not about ISIS; it’s about spending. ISIS is a countermeasure, launched to distract us from the spending problem. Everybody on the take will do anything to protect their federal bribes until the crash the dollar and destroy what’s left of our economy.

GA RINO Handwringing

The RINO stampede in Georgia began with the reelection of John Padgett for State GOP Chair. They will defend the establishment not matter the cost.  The only way to keep getting the annual $21 billion in federal bribes through 2016 is to “play ball”.  Obama runs a top-down organization and prefers that states also embrace a top-down style. We have that now in Georgia; nothing bottom-up about it. If Republicans take the Whitehouse in 2016, then 2017 should see spending cuts, including cuts in grants to states.

Georgia RINOs claim paranoia over the 2016 election. They believe they may fail to take the Whitehouse in 2016 and don’t want to take any risks by “breaking up the team”. They are also afraid they will lose seats in the Gold Dome. They know Georgia is filling up with minorities and immigrants and believe these new folks will automatically vote Democrat. Meanwhile, Georgia conservatives who are disgusted with the GOP may again stay home and not vote in 2016. Our RINOs need to understand that about 25% of Georgia GOP voters are Constitutional Conservatives, inclined to vote for Rand Paul or Ted Cruz.

I applaud their paranoia to increase Republican wins, but they need to start behaving better to the voters if they want to win over Democrats and independents.

I believe we need to ban UN Agenda 21, end regionalism, reduce federal spending, debt and regulations, stop the EPA and end Obamacare and Common Core and take our lumps.

In the end, I would remove all unconstitutional activities from the federal and give these to the states according to the US Constitution and the 10^th Amendment.

Elites Using Amnesty to Conspire Against the Middle Class, May 31, 2015

Controversial firebrand Ann Coulter’s new book, “Adios, America” argues that fettered immigration is destroying the country by driving down the salaries of the middle class while increasing their tax burden. And it’s the elites on both sides — right and left — who are making it happen. An excerpt:

(Ann Coulter) – This is “Goodbye,” America. Adios. Paalam Na. No further warning will be issued.

For 40 years, the people have tried to tell politicians they want less immigration, but the politicians won’t listen.

Every single elite group in America is aligned against the public — the 5 media, ethnic activists, big campaign donors, Wall Street, multimillionaire farmers and liberal “churches.”

They all want mass immigration from the Third World to continue. Both political parties connive to grant illegal aliens citizenship and bring in millions more legally, and the media hide the evidence.

Their game plan is: Never allow an honest debate on immigration.

Only in the case of immigration is the public systematically lied to from every major news outlet. They tell us, for example:

Polls show the public overwhelmingly supports “comprehensive immigration reform.”

No poll shows this. The Left uses polls to manipulate public opinion, rather than quantify it. Typical is a Brookings Institution Poll that asked respondents to chose between two ways to solve the illegal immigration problem: “Arrest and deport all those who are here illegally” or “provide an earned path to citizenship.” Absolutely no one has proposed that we deport all those here illegally — much less “arrest” them. But can’t I be against amnesty without voting for rounding up illegals at gunpoint? No! Look at the menu — no substitutions!

Immigrants are doing jobs Americans just won’t do.

Americans are perfectly happy to do all manner of jobs — they just won’t do them for $7 an hour. Unions used to care about that, but now they just want political power. Democrats want the votes; certain business interest want the cheap labor. So both parties have conspired against the middle class.

Amnesty will be fantastic for the economy.

Unless we’re talking about the Mexican economy, this is patently ridiculous. Adding another 30 million poor, unskilled, non-taxpaying, welfare-receiving people to America is good only for government workers and employers who refuse to mechanize their operations or pay Americans one dollar more.

Hispanics will never vote for Republicans unless they pass amnesty.

First of all, moron Republicans: If they can’t vote, they can’t vote against you. Second, Hispanics who are citizens don’t care about amnesty! They’re already in. They vote 8–2 for the Democrats because they like big government. In 2011, 73% of California Hispanics said they’d support a candidate who wanted to “secure the border first, stop illegal immigration, and then find a way to address the status of people already here illegally.” In a 2014 Univision poll, 58% chose “require border security first” over “pass immigration reform.”

The American electorate isn’t moving to the left — it’s shrinking. No minds have been changed. Democrats just brought in a new group of voters whose minds don’t need to be changed.

Back when Democrats still claimed to represent working Americans, they opposed illegal immigration. Since being taken over by the Far Left, all that matters to them is changing the electorate to one that doesn’t mind liberal insanity.

A nation’s immigration policies are at least as important as, say, going to war. But the media have decided that who gets to live in America is none of America’s business.

The public can’t be trusted with the truth. Go back to the kids’ table. The grown-ups are deciding this. Anyone who challenges the elite consensus on immigration will be swarmed with blitzkrieg attacks.

It can be difficult to discuss America’s immigration policies when it’s considered racist merely to say, “We liked America the way it was.”

The media convince people to believe lies by the simple process of repetition: Diversity is a strength! We’re a nation of immigrants! It’s a crisis to have people living in the shadows!

I don’t mean to be obtuse, but why is it a crisis that illegal aliens are “living in the shadows”? I forget. We need to bring in more people who will drive down the wages of our fellow Americans because — why again? It is not a crisis for Americans that other people have come into their country illegally and now find it uncomfortable to be living here breaking the law. It’s supposed to be uncomfortable to break the law. Perhaps illegal aliens should have considered that before coming. Americans are being asked to respond to the world’s oldest joke: A guy kills his parents, then throws himself on the court’s mercy as an orphan. How did all these illegal aliens get into “the shadows” in the first place? They weren’t kidnapped and dragged across the border. They came here. At most — and this is dubious — it’s a crisis for the illegal immigrants. But “living in the shadows” is evidently better than living in Guadalajara, otherwise, there’s an easy solution. Living in the shadows doesn’t seem to be much of a crisis even for them. Any amnesty is an inducement to illegal aliens. If you choose to argue it’s not, I refer you to history. This is not the first time Americans have been promised secure borders in return for amnesty. The 1986 Simpson-Mazzoli Act, also known as “The Charlie Brown and Lucy with Football Act,” was supposed to end illegal immigration forever: Give us amnesty one time, then: Never again. Illegal immigration sextupled. Contrary to everything you’ve heard, the only options are not: Amnesty or deporting 11 million people. There’s also the option of letting them stay in the shadows — or the same thing we’ve been doing for the last 30 years. Americans are under no moral obligation to grant amnesty to people who have broken our laws. “The moral thing to do” is usually defined as “following the law.” Historically, Democrats have found it fun and profitable to bully Republicans into taking suicidal positions. This latest push for amnesty is approximately the Republicans’ fifth mugging. As with all disastrous legislation, Republicans are being told, “We have got to do this yesterday!” Debate any urgent liberal demand long enough, and the problem usually just goes away. The fact that Democrats want 30 million new voters is not a good enough reason to ignore the law and screw over American workers, as well as legal immigrants already here. How about Republicans try this: We’re not giving you anything — not even half — because there’s no reason to do so.

Metro Atlanta Growth & Retrenchment

The AJC article Regional Divisions Hinder Growth, 5/31/15 page 1 is a nonsensical propaganda piece. Atlanta’s growth in the 1980s was compliments of the electronics manufacturing boom.  All of that was off-shored, moved to Texas or brought back to their home office states. 

ARC is irrelevant and failure to follow ARC’s wishes will help more than hurt. ARC is totally irrelevant to the rural counties in the 10 county region.  Regional governance is destroying California by usurping local control and cutting the voters out of the conversation. It is part of UN Agenda 21, designed to remove elective governance.

Agenda 21 requires that we completely abandon our infrastructure to save us from “global warming”, which does not exist. It claims that carbon is a pollutant that must be reduced, public transit, bikes and walking must be used, cars must be banned, our coal and oil must be outlawed and 5 times more expensive wind and solar must be used.

Georgia politicians have created the gridlock and deteriorating roads by using our road taxes for other purposes.

Atlanta grew outward like every other US metro area from the 1950s forward.  City dwellers moved to the suburbs to find good schools and the jobs moved with them. Land costs farther out were more affordable, so the subdivisions and office parks and Shopping Malls followed. There is nothing wrong with this model and we have $trillions invested in our current set-up and the smartest thing we can do is maintain it.  

We don’t have $trillions right now to waste on underutilized public transit, expensive commuter trains or unaffordable energy, education, healthcare or government.

If multinational corporations want to put their offices in Atlanta transit villages, that’s fine. It’s up to them.
