FINALLY, AN ACTUAL HEARING ON ELIGIBILITY by Joseph Farah
For four long years, compelling evidence has been available that challenges the constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama to occupy the White House. In fact, I would say the evidence that he does not meet the simple requirements of the law is overwhelming.
But it was not until Thursday that the evidence – any of it – was heard in a single courtroom in America. Not until very recently has any of it been examined by any official public proceeding or reviewed by any agency of government. They say the wheels of justice grind slowly, but this is ridiculous.
The good news for the rule of law is what happened in a Georgia courtroom this week and what is happening in the office of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department in Arizona. Justice may yet prevail.
In the courtroom of Judge Michael Malihi of the Georgia Office of State Administrative Hearings, sworn testimony was delivered rapid-fire over two hours to the effect that Obama is not qualified to have his name on the 2012 presidential ballot because his father was not a U.S. citizen, which precludes him from being a “natural-born citizen,” a clear, unambiguous requirement of the Constitution.
Obama refused to honor a subpoena to attend the hearing, produce records answering the charges or even send legal representation to dispute the evidence. Instead, they sent a letter to Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp suggesting the judge was letting attorneys “run amok.”
In response, Kemp warned Obama and his counsel that if they chose not to participate in the proceedings, “you do so at your own peril.” The judge is expected to rule in the case shortly. However, he has little choice but to issue a default judgment in favor of the challenge – potentially removing Obama from the ballot in Georgia in November.
That would be an astonishing development to the major media in this country that have collectively scoffed at and caricatured the notion that there is any doubt as to Obama’s eligibility. And that’s not the only eligibility worry for Obama. Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s “Cold Case Posse” has been investigating Obama’s eligibility for months and is expected to issue preliminary findings soon. This is the very first official law enforcement probe of the evidence.
Unlike the other major contestant in the 2008 election, John McCain, who faced a U.S. Senate investigation over his eligibility, no agency of government, no branch of government – local, state or federal – ever investigated Obama’s bona fides to be on the ballot or to serve in the White House, despite the fact that his own life story, as recounted in his autobiography, more than suggests he is not legally qualified.
Then, of course, there’s the matter of the much-debated birth certificate – first withheld by Obama for years, then produced just as a book titled “Where’s the Birth Certificate?” by two-time No. 1 New York Times best-selling author and WND senior staff writer Jerome Corsi hit the top of the best-seller charts weeks prior to its actual release.
Again, overwhelming evidence points to that document’s fraudulence. But, even in the highly unlikely event that it is genuine and accurate, it represents further evidence of Obama’s ineligibility because it would represent documentation that his father was a non-citizen of the U.S.
All of these details have been meticulously and thoroughly reported only two places – here in the pages of WND over the last four years and in Corsi’s “Where’s the Birth Certificate?” and in an e-book sequel titled “Where’s the Real Birth Certificate?”
Meanwhile, for our trouble, we have been systematically vilified for providing the facts – a classic case of “killing the messenger.”
Thank the Lord there are still Americans somewhere in government who care more about justice and the rule of law than being popular in the media and “politically correct.” I wonder what all those scoffers and mockers are going to say if and when Obama’s name does not appear on the ballot in Georgia and perhaps other states?
Will they report it? Will they label these actions “racist”? Will they continue to misrepresent the facts and the truth?
Things are about to get very interesting.

The Global Warning On Global Warming
January 31, 2012 by Ben Crystal, Personal Liberty Digest
Outside the pile of money left behind by his tobacco-baron father, Al Gore’s lavish lifestyle is funded almost entirely by his exploitation of global warming fear.
Some time ago, I described the pseudo-scientific theory of so-called “global warming” as “the phrenology of the modern age.” In light of the latest avalanche of actual scientific evidence, it would appear I was actually being a bit on the generous side. After all, while practitioners of phrenology might have been as far off the mark as an Al Gore slide show, at least they were trying to help someone else. The only beneficiaries of the global warming hoax are the hoaxsters themselves. While that means only that global warming is no different than virtually every other aspect of liberalism, it also means that every aspect of American society is threatened.
The latest crack in global warming’s crumbling wall appeared last week in the United Kingdom with a quiet acknowledgement by the UK’s Met Office and the University of East Anglia that not only is the Earth not warming, the oven is off and the pilot light is out. Moreover, data collected from more than 30,000 measuring stations and released last week have put the deep freeze on global warming, instead indicating that the temperature trend pointed to by global 'warmists' peaked in 1997.
Additionally, the current solar cycle has reached its maximum output and is, therefore, headed into what scientists call “Cycle 25,” which researchers at NASA and the University of Arizona have declared will be much weaker than solar cycles over the past century. In fact, the latest Met Office research predicts that Cycle 25 and subsequent 11-year solar cycles will likely approach the “Dalton minimum” for solar output, matching the solar slump which lowered Europe’s mean temperatures by 2 degrees centigrade during the 18th and 19th centuries. Some scientists predict solar energy could bottom out even further, matching the “Maunder minimum” — the coolest period of the “Little Ice Age” — which held the planet in its chilly grip from the mid-16th to mid-19th centuries.
According to leading observers from respected institutions, the failure of global warmists to credit the sun for its role in global temperature swings nearly obviates the entire global warming industry. Nicola Scafetta, Ph.D., of Duke University notes:
If temperatures continue to stay flat or start to cool again, the divergence between the models and recorded data will eventually become so great that the whole scientific community will question the current theories.
It’s fair to presume that he’s already omitting global warmists from the “scientific community” given the remote likelihood that they will abandon the scam which has kept them in clover since the early 1970s, when the same climactic phrenologists who roar about global warmingnow were shrieking about global cooling.
These latest revelations about the myriad flaws and scientific method violations that mark the progression of the global warming theories combine with the well-established fact that global warmists have never employed more than anecdotal evidence that the basis of their fearmongering even exists to produce what ought to be a final curtain for global warming and the entire so-called “climate change” industry.
And yet, I have a theory — based on decades’ worth of firsthand observation — that neither global warming nor the industry its proponents spawned will be headed for the booth next to the tinfoil-hat salesmen at the next Flat Earth Society conference. Despite the altruistic claims of leading global warmists from Gore to the Headlands Institute eggheads, they’re highly unlikely to abandon their cause for the same two reasons nanny-staters have been pressing their jackboots down upon the necks of people across the world since time immemorial: 1. Money. 2. Power.
Consider Obama’s continued devotion to so-called “green jobs” boondoggles, despite the Brobdingnagian barrelsful of taxpayer cash that they absorb without producing any quantifiable benefit. Solyndra, LightSquared and Ener1 (which flatlined right after Obama’s State of the Union address last week) have combined to cost the taxpayers billions of dollars in unrecoverable funds. All of them are fiscal disasters, yet Obama swore during the same address to continue to shovel our money into their gaping maws. In some cases, the output of these “green” ventures is dangerous: What’s the total amount of greenhouse outgassing produced by a burning Chevy Volt?
Gore sells books and video copies of his Oscar-winning slide show. He also lives like a pharaoh. Outside the pile of money left behind by his tobacco-baron father, Gore’s lavish lifestyle is funded almost entirely by his exploitation of global warming fear. And he’s hardly alone. In “No Need to Panic About Global Warming,” an opinion piece that appeared in The Wall Street Journal last week, 16 scientists noted:
Alarmism over climate is of great benefit to many, providing government funding for academic research and a reason for government bureaucracies to grow. Alarmism also offers an excuse for governments to raise taxes, taxpayer-funded subsidies for businesses that understand how to work the political system, and a lure for big donations to charitable foundations promising to save the planet.
The column also noted the striking similarities between the global warmists’ method of enforcing their dogma with retribution and even banishment and the intellectual dark ages of the Soviet Union, in which anyone who opposed Trofim Lysenko’s ludicrously medieval scientific theories was stripped of prestige, imprisoned and even killed.
To be fair, the world could probably benefit from a reduction in the population of arrogant pseudo-intellectual academics. And it almost goes without saying that anything that cuts the odds that Gore might show up in your town (flying a private jet, of course) to make you and your neighbors sit through one of his monotonous lectures on bumper-sticker science is — well — good. But global warmists have infiltrated virtually every aspect of public life. They are turning once-respectable universities into black holes of meaningful thought. They drain billions of dollars from the Treasury in pure cash and then drain millions of dollars more in meaningless regulations that have no effect on the jungles, but crush industrial output. They create idiotic bureaucratic boondoggles (like the Kyoto Protocol) that ripple through the global economic strata, hiking prices and ruining lives.
The food we eat, the fuel we need and the items we require (incandescent light bulbs, anyone?) are all more expensive, more scarce and more needlessly regulated because liberals like Obama recognize the value of fear over reason and the value of lockstep-marching minions who act without question.
Scientists ought to be consumed with the search for facts. As last week’s news — along with decades of actual data — proves, one fact is clear: Global warming hasn’t reduced our quality of life; global warmists have.

Rockdale County Republicans say No TSPLOST / TIA
ROCKDALE COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY RESOLUTION TO DEFEAT TSPLOST AND Repeal of HB 277 TIA Creation
A Resolution,
Whereas, the passage of HB277 has created 12 regions throughout the State of Georgia for the purpose of administering transportation projects, and
Whereas, the funding mechanism to be used to fund projects within these 12 regions calls for a 1% sales tax on purchases, but exempts any additional taxes on fuel, and
Whereas, the measure will appear on the upcoming July 31 ballot and the Governor and special interests around the state are spending millions of dollars in advertising supporting passage, and
The reported collections versus funds received back into Rockdale County by a newly formed government entity known as a "Transit Authority" and of the projected taxes collected, we are only guaranteed 28.9% for our County to spend, which does not include any administrative costs,, and
Whereas, these newly formed "Transit Authorities" will have extraordinary powers over local and county governments thus destroying the provision of "Home Rule" within our state Constitution, and these powers include a policing force, and the power of eminent domain that can take ownership of private land from landowners, and
Whereas, the elderly and poor especially those on fixed incomes will pay for these projects while the users of the systems such as the trucking industry are not affected with any new fees, therefore
Be it resolved that the delegates of the 2012 Rockdale County Convention hereby call for the repeal of HB 277 by our legislators, and
That Rockdale County if it desires, should have full control over any new sales taxes and would be better off passing a county sales tax if warranted, and
Be it resolved that the imposition of regional transit authorities, and the new taxes are in direct violation with the Republican Party principles of smaller local governments being more effective and violates our principle of promoting the free enterprise for our economy, and
Finally, be it resolved that the first measure of the sentiments of our delegates be known publicly as we urge all voters to vote against the measure on the July 31 ballot.
Read before the Rockdale County delegation on this 10th day of March in the year of our Lord 2012

RNC Resolution Exposing United Nations Agenda 21
WHEREAS, the United Nations Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of extreme environmentalism, social engineering, and global political control that was initiated at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992; and,
WHEREAS, the United Nations Agenda 21 is being covertly pushed into local communities throughout the United States of America through the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) through local “sustainable development” policies such as Smart Growth, Wildlands Project, Resilient Cities, Regional Visioning Projects, and other “Green” or “Alternative” projects; and
WHEREAS, this United Nations Agenda 21 plan of radical so-called “sustainable development” views the American way of life of private property ownership, single family homes, private car ownership and individual travel choices, and privately owned farms; all as destructive to the environment; and,
WHEREAS, according to the United Nations Agenda 21 policy, social justice is described as the right and opportunity of all people to benefit equally from the resources afforded us by society and the environment which would be accomplished by socialist/communist redistribution of wealth; and,
WHEREAS, according to the United Nations Agenda 21 policy National sovereignty is deemed a social injustice; now therefore be
RESOLVED, the Republican National Committee recognizes the destructive and insidious nature of United Nations Agenda 21 and hereby exposes to the public and public policy makers the dangerous intent of the plan; and therefore be it further
RESOLVED, that the U.S. government and no state or local government is legally bound by the United Nations Agenda 21 treaty in that it has never been endorsed by the (U.S.) Senate, and therefore be it further
RESOLVED, that the federal and state and local governments across the country be well informed of the underlying harmful implications of implementation of United Nations Agenda 21 destructive strategies for “sustainable development” and we hereby endorse rejection of its radical policies and rejection of any grant monies attached to it, and therefore be it further
RESOLVED, that upon the approval of this resolution the Republican National Committee shall deliver a copy of this resolution to each of the Republican members of Congress, all Republican candidates for Congress, all Republican candidates for President who qualify for RNC sanctioned debates, and to each Republican state and territorial party office.

Village Parkway
There is a lot of chatter out there to move the “Village Parkway” plan to the top of the City’s projects list. The plan sounds and looks wonderful and I applaud the concept of raised levels as a clever way to separate the various uses! With that said, I have to ask—why would we want to spend $1.1 mil on a non-priority project when we have areas where the traffic is so bad atheists are beginning to pray for some relief?
You might reply that we need to take advantage of the $1.4 mil Federal grant. Why? Even if the Feds do pay about half, that still leaves us with a $1.1 mil debt and no closer to solving any real traffic problem. How illogical is that?
Spending a million here and a million there for “feel good” projects while everyone sits in traffic is insane. Traffic and roads are the number one priority whether we choose to acknowledge it or not.
Dunwoody was developed for housing with no thought in mind of becoming a city. There were lots of trees, plenty of land for big lots, and the only other need was a few grocery stores; after all, we could easily drive to Lenox, Perimeter or Northlake Malls to shop. To rush in to try to quickly turn Dunwoody into an urban setting will be courting disaster.
If we continue to try and function on narrow suburban streets, our economic base will decline because even our busiest streets quickly narrow down to two lanes! This will eventually choke the life out of our City, and as history has shown, once a decline starts it is almost impossible to reverse. (Remember the failed costly “Urban Renewal” projects!)
The fiasco of the toll lanes on I-85 is a good example that the Feds do not always have the best solution. When faced with an angry populace all the State could say was, “uh…uh…duh…” because they suddenly found they had absolutely no authority to manage this explosive situation. Now after months, the State is still on its knees begging the Feds for authority to implement solutions. And what is the answer coming from the Feds? A resounding “No, we’ll handle it our way”…so traffic continues to creep along on one of the busiest highways in the nation! Insanity strikes again!
Let us be cautious of following “Plans” implemented by the agendas of and funded by outside organizations. Nothing is free so let us not be so quick to grab at the “honey pot” that we fail to take into consideration the sting of the bees.

Newt Gingrich – the Strategist
Artful Solutions
Newt’s artful solution to illegal immigration stops the Democrat’s strategy of rapidly populating the U.S. with welfare clients who will become Democrat voters. His EPA solution to turn it into a consulting operation is certainly more acceptable to environmentalists than other candidates’ instinct to abolish it. Newt’s embrace of peace through strength recognizes that Romney Republicans are against any reduction in military spending. He believes abortion should be illegal. Newt says U.N. Agenda 21 implementation should be stopped. He will cancel previous Executive Orders. His positions are generally in line with Tea Party goals and Ron Paul’s positions.
He knows the McCain campaign failed because it offered a “moderate” Republican when a Conservative Republican would have rallied more support. The “big tent” theory was disproved. His style though, is to defang bad laws and practices without becoming a target.
Unanswered Questions
Newt’s pledge to balance the budget and his assertion of states’ rights are good signs, but they lack specifics. He has not come out against K Street and has not come out for a full 10th Amendment solution to the federal government’s malaise.
He appears to prefer to say he is going to restructure and control the Federal Reserve, the U.N., K Street, the EPA and all the other departments and agencies at a time when most of us are angry enough to want them dissolved. This may be Newt’s Bush I moment when General Schwarzkopf suggested that we go to Iraq and arrest Sadam Hussein and Bush said no.
If Glen Beck is right and Newt is a Statist, he may be taking the role of pulling back the Progessive movement’s rapid advance, but leaving the structure alive to resurrect itself later. If this is true, Raon Paul is all we have left. Knowing Newt is an Army brat, he has mentioned his genuine fondness for government employees; that’s certainly not what we’ve been feeling lately. He does admit, he will need to clean house in many agencies, which is code for de communistification.
It’s hard to imagine Newt supporting giving federal lands back to the states, but it’s a good idea. It would send environmentalists scrambling to state capitols. We can no longer afford environmentalists; they are unsustainable. He would opt instead to allow permits to drill, harvest and mine and take the fees as revenue. He would let states determine environmental policy for their state.
Standard Fare
Newt joins all other Republicans in pledging to cut spending, repeal Obama-care, Sarbains Oxley and Dodd Frank. He would stop the “green movement” advance to economic oblivion. Newt, like the others know it will take tax reductions and a pull-back on regulations to bring manufacturing back to the U.S. Candidates’ general take on revenue is that tax increases are not needed or wanted.
Prognostication
If Newt is elected in 2012, he will probably be re-elected in 2016. He will preside over a federal government he intends to reform using Lean Management and his knowledge of the agencies. Because of our banking problems, it will likely feel like our version of Japan’s lost decade. We will continue to have high debt and low interest rates, but we should have a budget balanced enough to begin to bring the national debt back down to $10 trillion. We will need to slog along another decade to move it closer to the $5 trillion it was before this mess began. If we restore manufacturing, we will be improving the fundamentals for our economy. It’s likely that Dodd Frank will be rewritten to end bank bailouts, but with a year or so grace period to allow banks to cease overleveraging. Government will get out of the loan business and Fannie, Freddie and Sallie will be sold. The Federal Reserve will have pulled back its Quantitative Easing to avoid higher inflation, but damage has already been done that will elevate inflation during Newt’s terms. Allowing a period of deflation may mitigate the inflation we would ordinarily experience with the Fed’s 300% increase in the money supply.
We should see a continuation of Social Security and Medicare for retirees with a cut-off where younger citizens will have opted to provide their own retirement. Banking, Healthcare, Education and Environmentalism will have experienced significant reform and cost reduction without the hysteria that normally surrounds sacred cow diets. We should be well on our way to energy independence and increased productivity and the dividends should go toward debt reduction.
The U.N. will still be a den of thieves. K Street will continue to make the congress ineffective. The Federal Reserve will still protect the banks. Environmentalists, Communists and Democrats will carefully plot their return to power. Congress will still meddle in things the Constitution has forbidden them to do and they will consistently screw it up.
We still prefer a clean sweep of the federal government to compliance with the 10th Amendment as the ultimate solution.

Banking, Healthcare, Education and Environmentalism will have experienced significant reform and cost reduction without the hysteria that normally surrounds sacred cow diets. Ron Paul – the Messenger
Shoot the Messenger
Ron Paul has taken on the role of the Messenger. For his trouble, we shoot at him, because of our tendency to shoot the messenger. He does refuse to fall down. He has seen major parts of his annoying messages acknowledged by primary voters and his fellow candidates and repeated by the media. The result of his tenacity is that now many Americans believe the Federal Reserve is not a sacrosanct, un-attackable, permanent institution. The same goes for Ron Paul’s positions on the 10th Amendment, border closing and reducing spending by $1 trillion a year.
Peace through Strength
The complaint by Republicans about Ron Paul’s insistence on Congressional approval for military actions is valid. Ronal Reagan’s reaction to insurgent actions where U.S. citizens were at risk was to join the UK and invade the Falkland Islands. George HW Bush’s reaction to Sadam Hussein’s invasion of Kwait was a swift war on Iraq. His reaction to Noriega’s drug cartel controlled Panama was to invade Panama and arrest Noriega. The world’s reaction to these actions was to perceive the U.S. as unbeatable. This is our new deterrence strategy of peace through strength. We proved we will show up with full force and the President can do it without the Congress. The attacks on 9/11 effectively challenged that position, George W. Bush’s response to proceed with long term land invasions was too expensive. The development of unmanned aircraft drones has been added to our capabilities as an option to land invasion. We find ourselves scrambling to reconfigure our military to be able to react to anything and we are broke.
Our Global Military Presence
The reaction to Ron Paul’s position on closing our nonessential foreign military bases needs to be analyzed more thoroughly. Even our bases in Germany can be defended by proximity to the middle east where the action is. Our bases in Japan can be defended by proximity to China’s military resurgence. The practical questions involve our allies’ willingness and ability to take over the “policeman” role in their own neighborhoods. Each of our 900 military bases needs to be considered for closure based on its current strategic value. Where strategic value is low, or easily replaced with more aircraft carriers in the region, these bases should be closed. Also, where allies are ready and able to take over more responsibility, they should be encouraged to do so.
Ron Paul’s Military
The fact that Ron Paul’s biggest supporters are current members of the U.S. military is one conundrum worthy of some analysis. It may be that because these soldiers have participated in the rebuilding of other countries, they are cognizant of the costs and have determined that we can’t go on like this forever. They saw the money being spent first hand; we only heard of the money being borrowed and printed. Our mild reaction is easily explained by Glen Beck’s demonstration of a frog being boiled slowly. Our economy is getting progressively worse slowly, by degree. Unless we’ve been laid off and lost our ability to pay our bills, it just feels a little warmer every year.
Democrat Sabotage
If we had been allowed pursue full-out domestic oil and gas drilling over the past 40 years, we would be in a much better position to back off in the middle east. Because we allowed Democrats and Environmentalists to sabotage domestic oil and gas production, we find ourselves scrambling . Our tendency to be everywhere is destroying our economy with excessive government spending.
Securing the Mexican border and deporting illegal immigrants is another issue Democrats blocked. We were incredulous watching Republicans failed to accomplish these tasks.
The EPA has quietly obstructed infrastructure maintenance for decades using the Clean Air Act. It has accelerated its attack to remove our private property rights using the Clean Water Act.
The Community Reinvestment Act and HUD rules forced banks to approve home loans to non-creditworthy loan applicants. The mortgage-backed securities for these bad mortgages caused the 2008 Meltdown and the beginning of our 2nd Great Depression.
Federal Legislation
We were aghast to watch the Congress pass Obama-care without reading it. We were amazed that junk bills routinely filled all Omnibus Bills and Continuing Resolutions. We recognized that Congress needed most of its responsibilities taken away.
The 10th Amendment Movement
It became clear to us that the federal government was incapable of handling their responsibilities in 2008. Our reaction was the Tea Party. We knew that the Judiciary had conspired to interpret the Constitution into oblivion. We knew that the federal government had ruined entire industries by subsidizing and over-regulating them. We noticed that the Constitution and 10th Amendment limited the federal government to exclude the departments that were doing the most harm. The budgets for these unconstitutional departments totaled $1.4 trillion a year. Our simple solution to balance the federal budget is to dissolve these federal departments and transfer these responsibilities to the states.
Ron Paul’s Objective
It’s clear that Ron Paul will continue with the campaign because he sees us hearing his positions, considering them and adopting them. He knows that Newt Gingrich and Ron Santorum will continue to embrace his positions. Whoever embraces the bulk of his positions on core issues is likely to be the conservative nominee. The next question will be if Romney Republicans will rally or go for the conservative argument that the winner must be the exact opposite of Barack Obama.

Barack Hussien Obama is no fool
The Obama Hussle
By Wayne Allyn Root , June 6th, 2010
Barack Hussien Obama is no fool. He is not incompetent. To the contrary, he is brilliant. He knows exactly what he's doing. He is purposely overwhelming the U.S. economy to create systemic failure, economic crisis and social chaos -- thereby destroying capitalism and our country from within. Barack Hussien Obama was my college classmate ( Columbia University , class of '83).
He is a devout Muslim do not be fooled. Look at his Czars...anti-business..anti- american. As Glenn Beck correctly predicted from day one, Barack Hussien Obama is following the plan of Cloward & Piven, two professors at Columbia University ... They outlined a plan to socialize America by overwhelming the system with government spending and entitlement demands.
Add up the clues below. Taken individually they're alarming. Taken as a whole, it is a brilliant, Machiavellian game plan to turn the United States into a socialist/Marxist state with a permanent majority that desperately needs government for survival ... and can be counted on to always vote for bigger government. Why not? They have no responsibility to pay for it.
Universal health care . The health care bill had very little to do with health care. It had everything to do with unionizing millions of hospital and health care workers, as well as adding 15,000 to 20,000 new IRS agents (who will join government employee unions). Obama doesn't care that giving free health care to 30 million Americans will add trillions to the national debt. What he does care about is that it cements the dependence of those 30 million voters to Democrats and big government ..Who but a socialist revolutionary would pass this reckless spending bill in the middle of a depression?
Cap and trade. Like health care legislation having nothing to do with health care, cap and trade has nothing to do with global warming. It has everything to do with redistribution of income, government control of the economy and a criminal payoff to Obama's biggest contributors. Those powerful and wealthy unions and contributors (like GE, which owns NBC, MSNBC and CNBC) can then be counted on to support everything Obama wants. They will kick-back hundreds of millions of dollars in contributions to Obama and the Democratic Party to keep them in power.
The bonus is that all the new taxes on Americans with bigger cars, bigger homes and businesses helps Obama "spread the wealth around."
Make Puerto Rico a state. Why? Who's asking for a 51st state? Who's asking for millions of new welfare recipients and government entitlement addicts in the middle of a depression? Certainly not American taxpayers. But this has been Barack Hussien Obama's plan all along. His goal is to add two new Democrat senators, five Democrat congressman and a million loyal Democratic voters who are dependent on big government. Legalize 12 million illegal Mexican immigrants. Just giving these 12 million potential new citizens free health care alone could overwhelm the system and bankrupt America .. But it adds 12 million reliable new Democrat voters who can be counted on to support big government. Add another few trillion dollars in welfare, aid to dependent children, food stamps, free medical, education, tax credits for the poor, and eventually Social Security ..
Stimulus and bailouts. Where did all that money go? It went to Democrat contributors, organizations (ACORN), and unions -- including billions of dollars to save or create jobs of government employees across the country. It went to save GM and Chrysler so that their employees could keep paying union dues. It went to AIG so that Goldman Sachs could be bailed out (after giving Obama almost $1 million in contributions). A staggering $125 billion went to teachers (thereby protecting their union dues). All those public employees will vote loyally Democrat to protect their bloated salaries and pensions that are bankrupting America . The country goes broke, future generations face a bleak future, but Obama, the Democrat Party, government, and the unions grow more powerful. The ends justify the means.
Raise taxes on small business owners, high-income earners, and job creators. Put the entire burden on only the top 20 percent of taxpayers, redistribute the income, punish success, and reward those who did nothing to deserve it (except vote for Obama). Reagan wanted to dramatically cut taxes in order to starve the government. Barack Obama wants to dramatically raise taxes to starve his political opposition. With the acts outlined above, Barack Hussien Obama and his regime have created a vast and rapidly expanding constituency of voters dependent on big government; a vast privileged class of public employees who work for big government; and a government dedicated to destroying capitalism and installing themselves as socialist rulers by overwhelming the system.
Add it up and you've got the perfect Marxist scheme -- all devised by my Columbia University college classmate Barack Hussien Obama using the Cloward and Piven Plan ....

GOP Should Heed Ron Paul
The warnings are coming from the unlikeliest of places.
First Sarah Palin tells Fox News that “the worst thing that the GOP establishment can do is marginalize Ron Paul and his supporters.” Then that sentiment was echoed by Sen. Jim DeMint, speaking on The Laura Ingraham Show, when he warned that it would be to the party’s detriment to ignore Paul and his supporters. DeMint even gave permission for Paul to use the senator’s voice in a radio ad.
In the two Republican contests so far, Paul consistently won about 20 percent of the vote. Polls show that even in South Carolina, which is not considered hospitable territory for the Texas congressman, he is expected to take about one-sixth of the vote. It is very likely that he will reach the Republican convention with the second-highest number of delegates.
"What can Republicans do to keep Paul's supporters in the tent?"
Yet, large portions of the Republican party seem torn somewhere between reading him out of the party entirely and hoping that Paul and his supporters will quietly fade away.
Many of Paul’s detractors belittle his vote totals by pointing out that much of his support has come from non-Republicans. It is true that Paul won in both Iowa and New Hampshire among independents and people who had never before voted in a Republican primary. In New Hampshire, for example, roughly 63.5 percent of his vote came from independents.
But why is that a bad thing? Given that just 35 percent of voters are registered Republicans, it stands to reason that any GOP candidate is going to have to attract the votes of independents and possibly even disaffected Democrats. Moreover, at a time when many Republican voters are holding their nose in the voting booth, Paul’s supporters are nothing if not enthusiastic. Furthermore, Paul is probably the only Republican candidate who can eat into President Obama’s hold on the youth vote.
But that enthusiasm and those votes are not going to be easily transferred to the eventual Republican standard bearer. Worse, a potential Paul third-party candidacy, while unlikely, would almost certainly guarantee Obama’s reelection.
Paul is unlikely to be bought off with a prime-time speaking spot at the Republican convention. And neither he nor his son Rand is realistically going to end up as the vice-presidential candidate. What then can Republicans do to keep Paul’s supporters in the tent?
Well, to start with, instead of deriding Paul as a RINO or some sort of a crank, and hoping his supporters go away, they might begin to take some of his ideas seriously.
As Senator DeMint says:
I don’t agree with him on everything, but he is right about the out-of-control and unaccountable Federal Reserve. He’s right about the need for limited constitutional government and the importance of individual liberty. And I really think the Republican who is going to win this thing — if they capture some of what Ron Paul’s been talking about for years. And more and more we can see that what he’s been talking about is true. Again, you don’t have to agree with everything he’s saying, but if the other candidates miss the wisdom in what he’s been saying about our monetary policy and limited government, then I think we will see it’s to their detriment because the 20 percent or 25 percent or so that are supporting him are people that we need in the Republican party. A lot of them are libertarians, but they’re our natural base. We shouldn’t ignore them.
That would mean putting forward detailed plans to reduce the size, cost, and intrusiveness of government. It would mean the candidates explaining in detail how they would reform entitlement spending and dismantle Obamacare. It would mean talking about how they will reduce the authority of unelected bureaucracies, including the Fed. It would mean ending corporate welfare, farm supports, ethanol subsidies, and bailouts. It would mean recognizing that, as Sarah Palin noted, “Americans are war-weary,” before proposing the next intervention overseas. It would mean that protecting individual liberty is important, even in an age of terrorism.
For years, Republican candidates have worried that if they didn’t hew to the hardest line possible on social issues, religious conservatives would stay home on Election Day. Economic conservatives, libertarians, and believers in smaller, constitutional government were never given similar deference. The result was a Republican party that drifted ever further away from its Goldwater-Reagan roots.
But that may be about to change. If not, Republicans can’t say they weren’t warned.

Presidential Candidates III
The question is, who among the candidates would do the best job of handling the bubble crash crises and have us come out of it as a free market country. I think Ron Paul’s severe cuts and Constitutional compliance proposals would limit our damage and give us the best chance for economic recovery. Newt Gingrich’s plans would run a close second and Rick Santorum comes in a distant third.
U.N. Agenda 21
Ron Paul, Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum are opposed to U.N. Agenda 21. All would stop and reverse Agenda 21 implementation.
10th Amendment
Only Ron Paul would enforce the 10th Amendment and return the federal government to full compliance with the Constitution. Newt Gingrich would scale down federal departments and may close some agencies. Rick Santorum would do less than Newt.
Federal Spending Cuts
Only Ron Paul would cut federal spending enough to balance the budget. Newt Gingrich would cut less than Ron Paul. Rick Santorum would cut less than Newt.
Core Issues
Whoever is nominated should adopt Ron Paul’s core agenda to cut $1 trillion in annual federal government spending, cut all military and other foreign aid and adopt other measures to increase land productivity. Implementing 10th Amendment reforms and reversing U.N. Agenda 21 implementation are also necessary. These are our core issues.
We know that this would require another Tea Party candidate sweep of the House and Senate and we are working to make this happen.
We believe our economic survival depends on cutting government spending to match revenue. We would accomplish this by removing job killing, regulating departments and agencies from the federal government and giving this responsibility to the states. We would press the federal government to cut all military and other foreign aid. We also believe that the removal of U.N. Agenda 21 implementation needs to occur throughout all levels of government. We would quit the U.N, and all other globalist organizations. We are convinced this is necessary and recognize these changes need to take place in an orderly fashion as soon as possible. We also recognize that taking these actions will affect our current economy. The transfer of functions to the states are necessary to reduce job killing regulatory control. The elimination of military and other foreign aid and U.N. Agenda 21 implementation are necessary to cut spending and return our sovereignty. We would drastically reduce immigration and raise import tariffs.
We believe that government debt and money printing will lead to 50% unemployment and kill our free market system. We believe the debt and dollar crash will be worse if the Federal Reserve continues to prop up the banks and the stock market The Fed has increased the money supply by 300% and given it to the banks and purchased worthless assets to artificially prop up our current economy. This has created a pending federal debt bubble and a dollar devaluation bubble that will create future meltdowns and hyperinflation.
We believe man-made “global warming”, “climate change” is a hoax. We would stop the closure of our coal generating and hydroelectric plants and increase domestic oil production dramatically. We would transfer ownership of all federal lands to the states and urge the states to return this land to productive use.
We believe the best way to get rid of K Street Special Interests is to end all federal spending authority on everything they want. We should abolish all subsidies and the current Tax Code.

2012 Economic Dangers
Tea Party Dilemma
How do we explain to you, how much trouble we are in. If you believed, as we do, that we will suffer multiple Meltdowns larger than the one in 2008, because of U.S. government actions taken since 2008, you would need some idea of what we are talking about.
The Banks
We believe Europe is failing to cut their government spending, because they expect the European Central Bank and the U.S. Federal Reserve to bail them out. Therefore, they are in no hurry to cut their spending. The banks holding their bonds are European Banks, backed by European governments, mainly Germany. Our banks do not own these Bonds, but bank and sovereign debt defaults in Europe would cost our banks $10 trillion in collateral damage, because our banks have investments in the Eurpoean banks. Our banks already hold an equal amount of toxic assets like foreclosed mortgage-backed securities, so a $10 trillion hit will sink them.
Thanks to Dodd Frank, the U.S. government will pay most of the $10 trillion as they close these banks and we all wander off to find a local state bank or credit union nearby. We may get new charge cards or not. If we have credit card balances, those bills will come due.
U.S. Federal Spending
We are borrowing 40 cents of every dollar the federal government spends every year and there appears to be no plan to stop this soon, or at all. If the banks going out of business wasn’t enough, we have a federal government that is broke. Obama plans to spend an extra trillion or two more than the government receives in revenue for the next 10 years, when the National Debt is planned to go from $15 trillion to $26 trillion. Unfunded liabilities and loan guarantees are now over $100 trillion. This is more than the U.S. would be worth if we sold it. We thought a Republican House would hold the debt ceiling, but that has not been the case.
Investors Pull Out
Investors have been pulling out of Europe and the U.S. for some time. Many continue to have investments in Europe and the U.S., but all are easily liquidated just before the music stops. They like to surf with sharks, so they aren’t worried; they bought all the gold and silver and other commodities. Better yet, they bought hedge fund bets the European and U.S. economies would tank.
Inflation
So far, the Federal Reserve has increased the money supply by 300%. This liquidity is sitting in the big banks in the U.S. and Europe. The published amount is about $5 trillion, but another $20 trillion is suspected to exist as well. The Fed will obviously bail out Europe and the U.S. to allow government spending to continue. This printed money is sure to be used for cash-flow. The entry of this 300% increase in the money supply to the markets will dilute the dollar as it enters. We could have 300% inflation in one year, 30% a year over 10 years, or 10% a year over 30 years. The trillion dollar increases in the debt ceiling will add to this inflation beyond the 300%.
One Chance
If we can get Greece, Italy and Spain to cut their spending to match their revenue and we can do the same, and we can repeal Frank Dodd to end the promise of a funded “wind-down” (last bailout) of the banks and get the Fed’s printed money back from the banks before the crash, we would have a chance. Even if we do all of this, we will have more layoffs, foreclosures, asset value declines and stock market crashes. We will have a 90% drop in the markets and 50% unemployment. Then we will be ready to rebuild.
When will the Music Stop ?
Like a tsunami, we may see the ocean retract from the coast, before it returns and crashes into the shore. We may get the news that European banks are unraveling and know we are in for a hit. At the last minute, the stock market will tank.
In Aftershock, the authors noticed real wages going down and housing prices going up and predicted that the housing price bubble would burst as soon as buyers dried up. Some of us were suspicious when we got 5 telemarketer calls per day to refinance our homes, but the music stopped when banks stopped lending to each other, because they suspected each other might fold because of too many bad loans and bad securities.
What’s a Good Plan
Whoever is elected to the Presidency or the Congress in 2012 will need prepare to handle all the meltdowns. The obvious course the federal government should take is to cut spending to match revenue and refuse to spend any more, or add any loans, aid or loan guarantees to unfunded liabilities.
The cleanest way to deal with this is to cut spending to match revenue immediately. We should suspend legal immigration, deport illegal immigrants and close the border. To ensure that the same agencies won’t be around to ever do this again, we should end the Fed and implement full compliance with the Constitution and 10th Amendment as written. This would end all foreign involvement in the responsibilities that will be given back to the states and the people.
Several things will help our private economy begin to recover. First is to repeal all laws and remove all regulations that prevent us from restoring all land to productive use. Lowering corporate tax rates, especially for manufacturing done in the U.S. will help.
What’s a Bad Plan
A bad plan is for the U.S. to print money and have the fed make up the losses in all U.S. and European banks. This adds more U.S. and European sovereign debt. This will turn into more inflation. It will get worse if nobody cuts spending enough to set up a debt repayment plan.
It is likely Obama would confiscate our savings, retirement, bank accounts and property and turn us into the USSA, comrade. This plan has been published, it’s U.N. Agenda 21. Obama is spending his extra trillion a year implementing Agenda 21 with EPA, Interior, FDA and USDA hostile actions, land confiscation and public transit grants to get local government to do stupid things under the guise of environmentalism.

AGENDA 21 IN ONE EASY LESSON
AMERICAN POLICY CENTER » AGENDA 21 IN ONE EASY LESSON
Awareness of Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development is racing across the nation as citizens in community after community are learning what their city planners are actually up to. As awareness grows, I am receiving more and more calls for tools to help activists fight back. Many complain that elected officials just won’t read detailed reports or watch long videos. “Can you give us something that is quick, and easy to read that we can hand out,” I’m asked. So here it is. A one page, quick description of Agenda 21 that fits on one page. I’ve also included for the back side of your hand out a list of quotes for the perpetrators of Agenda 21 that should back up my brief descriptions.
A word of caution, use this as a starter kit, but do not allow it to be your only knowledge of this very complex subject. To kill it you have to know the facts. Research, know your details; discover the NGO players in your community; identify who is victimized by the policies and recruit them to your fight; and then kill Agenda 21. That’s how it must be done. The information below is only your first step. Happy hunting.
What is Sustainable Development?
According to its authors, the objective of sustainable development is to integrate economic, social and environmental policies in order to achieve reduced consumption, social equity, and the preservation and restoration of biodiversity. Sustainablists insist that every societal decision be based on environmental impact, focusing on three components; global land use, global education, and global population control and reduction.
Social Equity (Social injustice)
Social justice is described as the right and opportunity of all people “to benefit equally from the resources afforded us by society and the environment.” Redistribution of wealth. Private property is a social injustice since not everyone can build wealth from it. National sovereignty is a social injustice. Universal health care is a social injustice. All part of Agenda 21 policy.
Economic Prosperity
Public Private Partnerships (PPP). Special dealings between government and certain, chosen corporations which get tax breaks, grants and the government’s power of
Eminent Domain to implement sustainable policy. Government-sanctioned monopolies.
Local Sustainable Development policies
Smart Growth, Wildlands Project, Resilient Cities, Regional Visioning Projects, STAR Sustainable Communities, Green jobs, Green Building Codes, “Going Green,” Alternative Energy, Local Visioning, facilitators, regional planning, historic preservation, conservation easements, development rights, sustainable farming, comprehensive planning, growth management, consensus.
Who is behind it?
ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability (formally, International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives). Communities pay ICLEI dues to provide “local” community plans, software, training, etc. Addition groups include American Planning Council, The Renaissance Planning Group, International City/ County Management Group, aided by US Mayors Conference, National Governors Association, National League of Cities, National Association of County Administrators and many more private organizations and official government agencies. Foundation and government grants drive the process.
Where did it originate?
The term Sustainable Development was first introduced to the world in the pages a 1987 report (Our Common Future) produced by the United Nations World Commission on Environmental and Development, authored by Gro Harlem Brundtland, VP of the World Socialist Party. The term was first offered as official UN policy in 1992, in a document called UN Sustainable Development Agenda 21, issued at the UN’s Earth Summit, today referred to simply as Agenda 21.
What gives Agenda 21 Ruling Authority?
More than 178 nations adopted Agenda 21 as official policy during a signing ceremony at the Earth Summit. US president George H.W. Bush signed the document for the US. In signing, each nation pledge to adopt the goals of Agenda 21. In 1995, President Bill Clinton, in compliance with Agenda 21, signed Executive Order #12858 to create the President’s Council on Sustainable Development in order to “harmonize” US environmental policy with UN directives as outlined in Agenda 21. The EO directed all agencies of the Federal Government to work with state and local community governments in a joint effort “reinvent” government using the guidelines outlined in Agenda 21. As a result, with the assistance of groups like ICLEI, Sustainable Development is now emerging as government policy in every town, county and state in the nation.
THE FOLLOWING QUOTES OF THOSE BEHIND AGENDA 21 REVEAL THEIR TRUE INTENTIONS. LIKE ANYTHING THE LEFT DOES, THEY GIVE AGENDA 21 PLANS WONDERFUL SOUNDING TITLES WITH THE INTENTION OF HIDING THEIR REAL INTENTIONS.
Revealing Quotes From the Planners
“Agenda 21 proposes an array of actions which are intended to be implemented by EVERY person on Earth…it calls for specific changes in the activities of ALL people… Effective execution of Agenda 21 will REQUIRE a profound reorientation of ALL humans, unlike anything the world has ever experienced… ” Agenda 21: The Earth Summit Strategy to Save Our Planet (Earthpress, 1993). Emphases – DR
Urgent to implement – but we don’t know what it is!
“The realities of life on our planet dictate that continued economic development as we know it cannot be sustained…Sustainable development, therefore is a program of action for local and global economic reform – a program that has yet to be fully defined.” The Local Agenda 21 Planning Guide, published by ICLEI, 1996.
“No one fully understands how or even, if, sustainable development can be achieved; however, there is growing consensus that it must be accomplished at the local level if it is ever to be achieved on a global basis.” The Local Agenda 21 Planning Guide, published by ICLEI, 1996.
Agenda 21 and Private Property
“Land…cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth, therefore contributes to social injustice.” From the report from the 1976 UN’s Habitat I Conference.
“Private land use decisions are often driven by strong economic incentives that result in several ecological and aesthetic consequences…The key to overcoming it is through public policy…” Report from the President’s Council on Sustainable Development, page 112.
“Current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class – involving high meat intake, use of fossil fuels, appliances, home and work air conditioning, and suburban housing are not sustainable.” Maurice Strong, Secretary General of the UN’s Earth Summit, 1992.
Reinvention of Government
“We need a new collaborative decision process that leads to better decisions, more rapid change, and more sensible use of human, natural and financial resources in achieving our goals.” Report from the President’s Council on
Sustainable Development
“Individual rights will have to take a back seat to the collective.” Harvey Ruvin, Vice Chairman, ICLEI. The Wildlands Project
“We must make this place an insecure and inhospitable place for Capitalists and their projects – we must reclaim the roads and plowed lands, halt dam construction, tear down existing dams, free shackled rivers and return to wilderness millions of tens of millions of acres or presently settled land.” Dave Foreman, Earth First.
What is not sustainable?
Ski runs, grazing of livestock, plowing of soil, building fences, industry, single family homes, paves and tarred roads, logging activities, dams and reservoirs, power line construction, and economic systems that fail to set proper value on the environment.” UN’s Biodiversity Assessment Report.
Hide Agenda 21’s UN roots from the people
“Participating in a UN advocated planning process would very likely bring out many of the conspiracy- fixated groups and individuals in our society… This segment of our society who fear ‘one-world government’ and a UN invasion of the United States through which our individual freedom would be stripped away would actively work to defeat any elected official who joined ‘the conspiracy’ by undertaking LA21. So we call our process something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth management or smart growth.” J. Gary Lawrence, advisor to President Clinton’s Council on Sustainable Development.

Presidential Candidates II
I urge you to take this election very seriously and do a complete study of the candidates’ positions on critical issues. For me, the main issues are over-spending and government overreach. This is not about who we like; it’s about who will save us from becoming a third world country. This is not a beauty contest and half-measures are insufficient. Future posts will outline updates on each candidates’ positions on critical issues.
Critical Issues
If you took the Vote Smart Vote Easy questionnaire and got your percentage match, you have done at least a cursory check based on issues. My standard for picking a candidate is to add up what he says to see if I get a $1 trillion a year in spending cuts. Only Ron Paul has done that so far. I wasn’t surprised after I took the Vote Smart Vote Easy questionnaire that Ron Paul’s position on issues matched at 97% with my answers.
I just finished my second exercise on Google. I typed in the candidate’s name and an issue like spending cuts, 10th Amendment, foreign aid, etc. Then I would go to the websites below and look up what they said. This is my follow-up exercise on issues to see what I missed.
I hear all the other candidates promise what I consider to be minor spending cuts. When I add up what they say, I don’t get $1 trillion in savings. I am one who believes that minor spending cuts are not going to save us from becoming a third world country. I believe we need to cut federal government spending in half. I cannot see us balancing the federal budget without closing most federal departments and agencies. If we return to compliance with the Constitution and the 10th Amendment, it’s easy to see $1 trillion a year being cut. So far, Ron Paul is the only one left willing to do it.
I want the other candidates to realize their current positions on issues are insufficient to deal with the real economy and the bubble bursts already in motion. They would need to pledge to close all unconstitutional federal departments and agencies and send these responsibilities to the States; that results in over $1 trillion in cuts. They would need to cut all foreign aid, quit the UN and quit all other globalist organizations. They would need to end the Fed, end bailouts, loan guarantees, close Fannie, Freddie, Sallie and get out of the loan business. They would need to transfer entitlements and federal land to the States. They would need to eliminate all federal grants.
Our next President will likely preside over the government debt bubble and the dollar crash bubble. These will occur because of past actions like bail-outs, wasteful stimulus and printing money. At the same time, we will be dealing with the more stock market crashes, layoffs, housing value hits, foreclosures, loan defaults the Euro crash, on top of already high unemployment. If our next President deals with these economic shocks by bailing everybody out, we will become a communist gulag with no liberty, no property and no future. The U.N. already has a plan for this, it’s Agenda 21.
The Fed
The cumulative actions taken by our federal government have caused our current economic collapse. These go back to 1913 with the establishment of the Federal Reserve and the end of sound money. Its very existence has created a slush fund for politicians to spend more money than they receive in revenue. The Fed not only debases the dollar with its printing press, it sets wholesale interest rates. The Fed held interest rates low because the federal government overspent. The Federal Reserve has increased the money supply by 300% over the past 4 years. If they don’t pull it back from the banks, that money printing binge will result in 300% inflation in a year, or 30% inflation for 10 years, or 10% inflation for 30 years, take your pick. Real inflation for 2010 and 2011 averaged 15%.
The Debts
We borrow or print 40 cents of every dollar the federal government spends. We’re broke. We don’t have 5 years to fix this. We saw the federal spending go from $3.45 trillion in 2010 to $3.59 trillion in 2011. Our annual revenue is about $2.2 trillion. We need a $1.4 trillion cut in spending to balance the budget.
We have a $15 trillion national debt plus unfunded liabilities of well over $100 trillion; that’s the value of all private property in the U.S. Obama’s current spending plan will take us to a $26 trillion national debt by 2021. We need to freeze the debt where it is and not increase it at all. Foreign investors continue to sell off U.S. Treasury Bills, $69 billion in 2011. If we keep increasing the debt and nobody buys the debt, the Fed will print the money and add to the 300% inflation it has already put in motion (think Weimar Republic).
Europe
If Greece, Spain and Italy fail to cut their government spending and default on their bond payments, our banks will take a $10 trillion hit and their balance sheets are already close to zero because of toxic assets. Our best economists are predicting two bubble bursts: one is the government debt bubble, the other is the dollar bubble crash. Both will result in more asset losses, crashing stock markets, crashing home values and higher unemployment.
Bubbles
Future Meltdowns are eminent. The are two bubbles ready to burst that are larger than the 2008 Meltdown house price and mortgage default bubbles. They are the U.S. government debt bubble and the dollar bubble. As each crashes, it will tank the stock market and give the economy another 30% hit. Unemployment will go to 50%
The federal government owns $5 trillion in toxic assets, including $1 trillion in student loans in Sallie Mae and $4 trillion in worthless mortgage backed securities in Fanny and Freddie and the Fed. The cumulative effect on our economy is $10 trillion from Europe, $5 trillion in bad loans, $15 trillion in National Debt and a $30 trillion loss in a dollar devaluation. There is almost no way out of this.
Government Reform Needed
Much of what the federal government currently does is unnecessary, destructive and designed to ruin our free market economy. It needs to stop giving away our money. All federal departments are implementing UN Agenda 21 to ruin our sovereignty, property rights and liberty. Our government wants to increase our energy costs 5 fold. We need to stop this now. We would eliminate all spending aimed at mitigating carbon emissions and declare global warming an unproven theory.. We would repeal Obama-care, Dodd Frank, Sarbanes Oxley and lots of other laws and regulations. We would cancel previous Executive Orders. We would eliminate foreign aid and quit the U.N. We would stop being the world’s policeman. We could still have a strong, well equipped military as a deterrent..
We would return all federal lands to the states. We would encourage the states to sell their land and return it to productive use. We would encourage oil and natural gas drilling, mining, tree harvesting and eliminate wetlands, wildlife preserves and buffer zones. We would reverse and repeal all productivity damaging laws and regulations. We would limit the sale of U.S. land to U.S. citizens. We would eliminate much of the endangered species list.
In short, I don’t think we can afford a Whitehouse or Senate or House who will keep kicking the can down the road. I don’t have a problem with cutting $1.4 trillion from the federal budget. It will save us from sovereign debt default and allow us to take steps to reduce the inflation we will suffer from money printing. All of the money printed since 1913 has gone to grow government. Balanced budgets end inflation.
Unemployment
We have 100 million working age citizens with no jobs; that’s 32% of our population. Yet we have admitted over 1 million new legal immigrants per year for the past 10 years. They filled 10 million jobs. If we reduce legal immigration to 100 thousand a year and deport 11 million illegal immigrants we would free-up 12 million jobs, If we cut corporate tax for manufacturers with plants in the U.S. to 5% and raise our import tariff from 1.2% to 6% we will see manufacturing jobs return to the U.S. If we cut corporate taxes for all companies with U.S. operations to 15%, more service jobs would return. If these actions result in the creation of another 20 million jobs, we will still have 80 million working age citizens with no jobs. Our real unemployment is far more severe than the government would have us believe.
Reset Government
Our government was designed to protect our free market system and our liberty. Since 1913, our government has passed laws in violation of the Constitution. We can trace all of the trouble we are now having in our economy to these violations. Our solution is to return the federal government to compliance with the Constitution, as written. We need to eliminate all departments and agencies in the federal government that are not authorized by the Constitution to get the kind of spending cuts we need to balance the budget. We would give these functions to the states; the states have most of these departments anyhow.
Swimming Upstream
To reset government, we would need a President, House and Senate who would do everything Ron Paul would do. Government deficit spending creates inflation that will certainly crush our free market economy. Government regulations continue to sap our productivity by restricting natural resource extraction and impose never heard of restrictions on our farms and businesses. The EPA, FDA and USDA are currently shutting down our food production and water access to comply with U.N. Agenda 21. The EPA has stopped all road work for decades because of regulatory overreach in the clean air act. They have shut down California farms by shutting down crop irrigation to save the snail darter. All this should stop.
Ron Paul’s main opposition would come from the 20% Hard Core Liberals, the globalist corporate cronies and the U.N. global government Marxist cabal. They are sending billions in campaign contributions to Obama and Romney.
Ron Paul
I think Ron is the perfect guy for foreign relations; he would leave them on their own, without our money. He has the most comprehensive, specific, common sense plan to return the country to liberty and restore the free market system. He would probably raise our import tariffs to 6% or more and it would be smart to do so. Germany has a 19% import tariff to offset prices and protect their own industries. Ron Paul is a genuine Constitutional Conservative. He is the “founder” of this 10th Amendment movement. He can’t be bought.
As commander-in-chief, he would not send troops unless Congress declared war. That would get the Saudis, Europeans and Japanese to take over monitoring their own neighborhood crazies and defend themselves and their shipping lanes.
If we don’t get Constitutional Conservatives in control of the House and Senate, all Ron Paul would be able to do is cancel all previous Executive Orders, refuse to sign bad bills and refuse to sign spending bills with the military and other foreign aid he has sworn to stop, that would help. He could effectively end Omnibus Bill abuse and make Congress send single item Bills without bad amendments. He could also lop off the extra trillion a year Obama put into the 10 year budget.
Ron Paul’s Mistakes
Ron Paul’s position on immigration is too weak. I believe suspending all immigration is the key to lowering our real unemployment. His position on Iran is too weak. I think we need to call their bluff. The ban on Iranian oil is a good start. Saudi oil passes through the straits of Hormuz and if Iran closes them, we and others will reopen it. This could be a short war we’ve waited too long to fight. It would be a mistake not to take out their nuclear capabilities at the same time. We could have bombed Iran’s nuclear sites years ago just because they have funded terrorism for decades. The UAE can by-pass the straits with their new pipeline, but the Saudi’s can’t . I believe we should regard an attack on Israel as an attack on the U.S., but I would have the Congress vote to confirm this.
Ron Paul is criticized for his Libertarian stance on a few issues. I don’t think Congress would not let him legalize marijuana or throw away their social conservative poker chips like defining marriage.
Ron Paul’s Clarity
Ron Paul’s plan is the only one you can do the math with, look at the results and know that it will work. Most objections to his plan amount to “inside the beltway” posturing, trying to save their jobs and pretending we need what they do. This is baloney.
The Other Candidates
If Newt Gingrich would include closing all unconstitutional federal departments and agencies and cut all foreign aid, he would have $1 trillion in cuts we could count and his plan might work. Newt wants to include a Reagan-type tax reduction and that could actually help. The other candidates have nothing close. They are too platitudinous. Their plans are vague, non-specific and they have no numbers. They are nice guys, but they are all can kickers.
If we fail and Obama is President when the bubbles burst and unemployment goes to 50%, he will confiscate our savings and our property, comrade. We will have Marshall law and we will find ourselves in one of the detention camps Homeland Security is building as we speak. Obama continues to chant big government myths, like we have big obligations to all other countries on the planet.

Georgia Legislative Session 2012
Transportation
The Transportation Investment Act of 2010 should be repealed. It violates city and county sovereignty by creating unelected, unaccountable regional governing entities. It usurps city and county authority and responsibility for roads within its borders. UN Agenda 21 recommends regional governance to sabotage local control and cut voters out of the loop. The ARC final list continues to be a MARTA bail-out. With federal funds for MARTA in question, they see this grant spending binge Obama is on as the last chance to get that Obama-money. Subjecting the 8 surrounding counties to a 1 cent sales tax for the next 10 years based on a vote of the total region is political suicide for the Georgia Legislature. TIA needs to be repealed, the vote cancelled and MARTA sold to private operators. All public transit should be privatized. If we are successful in defeating the TSPLOST in July, what will the legislature do ?
Federal Menace
Federal grants for transportation should be refused because they require us to do stupid things. I hope we are not counting on there being any federal money after 2013. The U.S. Department of Transportation should be abolished along with the U.S. EPA for its obstruction of road maintenance in the name of “clean air”. U.N Agenda 21 implementation should be stopped and reversed and the 1992 Executive Order cancelled. The U.N now plans to tax us for our water in the name of environmentalism and the redistribution of wealth from us to them.
Atlanta Roads
There is a mess to clean up in Atlanta metro. The HOT lanes need to be removed and returned to general use. The PPP contract needs to be terminated. UN Agenda 21 suggests public private partnerships to promote the general chaos. US 29 should be extended to intersect with I-85 and I-75 and identified as an Atlanta by-pass for interstate traffic. I-285 needs another lane in each side. An East to West highway needs to be built to connect Smyrna with Tucker giving us a grid. Leave the cities and counties alone to do the rest by themselves.
The GDOT is a train-wreck. Whoever decided to put stop lights at highway entry ramps should be deported to Haiti. GDOT needs to be a department reporting to the Governor with very limited responsibilities. They could handle the interstate highways if we can close the U.S. Department of Transportation. I would leave everything else to the counties and cities. City and county taxes should be left to handle all expenses. State spending on the interstate should be 20%.
Education
Education has reached its price / demand curve due to over-subsidization by government, regulations and mission-drift. It will be necessary to push the counties to assume more and more financial responsibility for public schools. State tax dollars going to education should be reduced 5 to 10% each year. Bonds should not be used to finance anything. Education soaks up 54.5% of the 2012 budget. College costs are too high and students rely on Sallie Mae student loans they will not be able to repay. This bubble needs to be deflated carefully but steadily.
Healthcare
Healthcare has also reached its price / demand curve due to over-subsidization by government, regulations, the lack of tort reform and gaming the system. Providers are over-due for serious restructuring and cost reduction. Government subsidies should be removed concurrent with the industries’ cost reduction plans. State tax dollars going to healthcare should be reduced 5 to 10% each year.
State Land
Sell off the 210 thousand acres we own and return this land to productive use wherever possible. We shouldn’t own any wildlife preserves, wetlands, timberland or hunting preserves. We should sell these to U.S. citizens only. Proceeds should go to the reserve account. Bonds should not be used to finance anything.
Water
If there is anything the State is responsible for, it’s water. Our water supply is unstable and more and larger reservoirs are needed.
Taxes
Keep income tax rates where they are. Screwing around with taxes will just piss everybody off. Any tax increase on cigarettes will send all smokers to Missouri to by it by the case. Food is already high enough. Everybody is jumping on raising sales taxes. Paychecks will continue to decline, so it is a good idea to cover the losses you can project from lower income tax revenue. Property tax is also a declining entity. Bonds should not be used to finance anything. They make everything cost double, so half of the debt service goes in the paper shredder.

Camping with Bears
In December 2010, two years into the 2nd Great Depression, the State of Georgia purchased 10,000 acres of Oaky Woods in Houston County for $28.7 million ($2,875 per acre). Georgia had already purchased 200,000 acres of uninhabitable land and this will bring our total holdings of uninhabitable land to 210,000 acres of land for wildlife. This has been brought to us by the lobbying of 8,400 Georgians working in behalf of the other 9,820,811 Georgians and the haplessness of the Board of Natural Resources that should be abolished. So the State is going to pay $2,875 per acre for uninhabitable land we will “all enjoy visiting”, so we can camp and hike and run from the wild bears ? I don’t think so.
We could have had the 8400 Sierra Club members in Georgia and 100 bear and wild boar hunters buy the land. It would only cost them $3,376 each and after all, it’s for the bears. If you Georgians can’t wait to camp there, I urge you to bring your running shoes and extra food to lob at the bears when they chase you. The bears can run faster than you and they also climb and swim, so if they chase you, you’re in trouble. It might be good to bring paper bags full of salad to lob at them. They also like fish, but the fish should be alive and moving, so this might not work out so well. Wild hogs will eat anything, so make sure you have plenty of anything to lob at them.
Was the original argument for buying this uninhabitable land to promise that if we gave wild animals their own land, they would not visit our homes ? I realize the black bears and wild hogs the pest control people remove from our homes need to go someplace, but we are not likely to pack up the kids to go camping with bears. Don’t we first need to recruit hunters to become interested in hunting wild hogs and bears before this gets out of hand ? The folks in the Florida Keys are having a hell-of-a time finding hunters interested in eradicating the 9 pound African Gambian pouch rats inhabiting their wildlife preserves to keep them from heading north.
