The study of Ethics reveals that our primary responsibility is to ourselves. We alone are responsible for our actions, our decisions and our future. The study of History reveals our successes and our failures. The study of Logic helps us avoid failures and produce more successes. The study of Families reveals our potential.
We are each responsible to learn what we need to know as adults to provide our own shelter, food and transportation and become economically self-sufficient. If we are disabled, our families bear responsibility for our care.
The study of Genetics reveals that each of us are unique. Our DNA reveals this and our observations confirm talents and traits that are common within our families. From the time we are born, our families guide us to use our God-given talents and traits and should encourage us to be ourselves. We should be able to discover our Motivated Abilities by observing what we do well and enjoy doing. This reveals the myriad of activities.
We are each responsible for choosing our own occupations. If we choose lower paying occupations, we may need to work multiple jobs. If we choose jobs that require hard physical activity, we may need to choose jobs that require less physical activity as we enter old age.
We are each responsible for maintaining our own health. We each need to manage our own nutrition and exercise to avoid obesity. We need to look up our symptoms and the medicine we need to treat our symptoms.
We are each responsible for managing our own finances to ensure that we can continue to provide our own shelter, food and transportation. We need to provide for our own retirement.
50% of Families in the US are struggling with paying their inflated bills and will need to work second jobs to bring in more income. Students in these families should pursue part-time jobs to pay for their own expenses. This is their opportunity to step up. God will help if asked.
