Fox News interviewed a Trump advisor on 3/2/16. They asked what Trump would do first. Trump’s proposal would be to freeze spending
and work with Congress to put a Budget and Tax Plan together.
Trump wants to cut the current 35% corporate tax to 15% and
remove loopholes and cut income tax rates to 0, 10%, 20%, 25%
Trump wants to cut federal spending by 10% saving $400
billion a year. He would tell departments to propose how and where they would
cut.
The advisor said that it could take 2 years to turn our
economy around after the cuts go into effect.
He would expect to see lower unemployment

Trump also wants to eliminate excessive immigration to lower
US citizen unemployment. He would need
to push for specific reductions in immigration policies to restrict unskilled
labor and immigrant welfare costs.
