The
original inalienable rights guaranteed citizens the right to life, liberty and
property. Property was changed to
“pursuit of happiness”, to avoid the slavery issue, but that was a mistake. The
laws passed since the Constitution was written have destroyed the inalienable
rights that were enshrined.
The right
to life surely no longer applies to the unborn citizens who have been routinely
aborted over the past 43 years. It also doesn’t apply to those who were
executed for their crimes.
The right
to liberty includes the rights of free speech and free association, but these
rights are all but gone due to anti-discrimination laws. Hate speech laws need
to be avoided and our anti-discrimination laws need to be repealed.
The right
to property is routinely abused by government at all levels with seizure of
bank accounts, property, mineral rights and water rights.
