Banning Sharia Law

Banning Sharia law in Georgia should ensure that all US residents abide by US and Georgia law as the only law our courts will recognize.  Violations of US and Georgia law will be prosecuted.  This includes the state minimum for marriage and the prosecution of child abuse and spouse abuse and all other criminal and civil laws.  Polygamy would be a crime.  Honor killing would be murder. Sharia courts would not be permitted or recognized.

Muslim employees will not get a special room to pray, nor will they get special prayer times, nor will they get Muslim holidays off.   Muslims would not be able to file any lawsuits claiming discrimination based on Religion or receive any special consideration unless and until their Quran was revised to omit any reference to global take-over and domination by Islam.  Until then, Islam will not be considered a “religion” under US law, but will be considered a threat to the US Constitution and treason punishable by deportation.  Muslims who cannot live as Americans should plan on returning to a Muslim country. We would expect Muslims who are US citizens to assimilate into American culture.
