US Causes of Death by Year Update 723

Accidental death has been added to the list in third place. Covid has moved to 4th place. Sepsis has been dropped from this list, but appears on another list below. 

US Leading causes of deaths from 2020 to 2022 are listed below:

Sepsis bacterial infections cause 350,000 deaths per year.

Comments

CDC and HHS do not maintain current data. Many data sites don’t include the dates of their data was posted or the dates of the data itself.  I found the Sepsis post on a disease specific website because it was included in the earlier 2020 list.
