Political News 3-6-24

The US Supreme Court has ruled 9 to 0 that Colorado has no authority to remove Donald Trump from the ballot. The Court said that they ruled on the side of democracy to let the voters decide who they want to elect as the US President.

Of the weak trumped-up cases against Donald Trump most of these cases are likely to be delayed until after the election.

Nikki Haley secured 89 delegates from DC and Vermont and announced that she is suspending her campaign. Her backers included the Coke brothers and other GOP establishment RINOs from the Bush Era. Her voters included Trump spoilers, RINOs and Democrats.

Nikki Haley won the DC Primary.  Nikki Haley got 1274 votes or 62.8% of the vote in DC. Donald Trump got 676 votes of 33.3% of the votes. Ron DeSantis got 38 votes or 1.9% of the votes and Chris Christie got 18 votes or 0.9% of the vote.  There are 23,000 republican voters in DC and 2006 republicans bothered to vote. DC is a Democrat town and over 90% of voters have voted Democrat since 2008.

Nikki Haley won the Vermont Primary on Super Tuesday.

The Haley candidacy helped clarify the size of the anti-trump groups. This data should help the GOP fine-tune their strategy to convert these groups to becoming Trump Voters in November. The key is the Trump policies.
